Repeat Ariat purchaser
This brand and style is my go-to boot for comfort. About every three years I replace my daily wear pair and downgrade the old pair to "barn boot" status. I was glad to find the dark brown foot color at last. I only wish it had been noted that these were insulated. It makes the boot fit a tad tighter, but after a few hours of use I can tell my feet are warmer than usual. Would prefer a leather shaft only without any lining. Time will tell but i believe that lining will make them more likely to grab foxtails and other burs. Other than that, I find Ariat boots have been consistent in sizing and a good value, comfortable starting day one without any break-in period. I've had multiple foot fractures and morten's neuroma, so comfort and shoes generally don't align for me.
