Was skeptical but worth money
I read the reviews and was still skeptical and seeing the price of two, I was worried about spending that kind of money! I was trying to out weigh the decision by buying these or spending a ton more in formula. I'm glad now, that I went ahead and bought these! So to begin with, you have to charge before the first use! After that, I get about three pumping sessions with these, before they start blinking and die on you! Easy to charge, and I love that it's one cord with dual charging ports! Makes it a little more convenient and not have to keep track of two charging cords! Also, just because you turn off the vibration, doesn't mean the heat turns off and vis versa! Now on to my story! In the beginning of September, I got really sick for two days (not Covid/not the flu) and on top of that my right breast, I had terrible pain in as well! This is my second baby and my first baby, I never had mastitis! I didn't think much of it this time because I figured it had to be something with getting sick! I still don't know if it was ever mastitis! After I recovered my right breast never produced like it did before! I've done a ton of research and it always said not to worry, the other breast would make up for it! but at one time, both breast were producing wonderfully, 5 + oz each time! Even the left breast slowed down a bit but not like the right side! Sometimes I would pump for 10-15 minutes or 20 and the right would produce 2 oz less or more compared to the left! This is all after being sick! I started to try to nurse off the right side first when I wasn't pumping, thinking that would help, none the less, it would still only produce 2 oz., rather it be every 2 hours or every 3-4 hours! I bought these and it's made a difference! The recommended time is no more then 10 minutes or you could burn! Sometimes I do 10 minute heat and then keep the vibration on. Other times, I do 5 minute heat and continue with vibration. At work, I use these for 10 minutes and then keep pumping for another 20. When I don't use these, my breast produce like usually, stated above! When I use them, they produce at least another 1-2 oz. more! I use a portable and stationary pump! The portable is more bulky and takes up the entire bra basically, so it's a little harder to use these as, they don't bend but I love that they are slightly already made curved! I try to put as flat and as tight to skin pre instructions! (you can move them however you like) They work almost just as good with portable! When I use the stationary pump and just the flanges are in the bra, they fit much better and stay tucked into bra! Little less hassle! I don't have picture of portable pump without them but it's relatively the same amount as the other picture without massagers! I also tried to keep apples to apples and the pictures are about the same time waited in-between from nursing then pumping! So I would nurse and then pump about 1 hours - 2 hours later! The round picture is at work but I left to nurse 2 1/2 prior to pumping! I would recommend! Update: I added a picture of the round portable pumps without using the massagers! You can see my right breast produced less!

Must have in EVERY Baby Registry
We welcomed to the world our premmie baby ahead of time and all of the sudden, all our plans went to the trash can. Aside of sleep deprivation, we had to focus on my wife's recovery from c- section, while having to nurture a 4.11 pounds baby. One morning around the 1st month, our Doula (Professional trained on birth - I didn't know that!) sat me down and told me point blank: This is serious, your wife has several blocked ducts (one of them gigantic), if we don't get them under control within the next 24hrs, she is going to develop mastitis - it is going to be painful for her. The solution- I was told to help her to massage her breasts with 2 electric toothbrushes (hands would not be enough). After just one round of toothbrushes massage (and those warmer pads you heat in the microwave) I could not fathom my wife having to endure this for whatever is that she would like to breastfeed our baby (or pump into bottles). Let alone, she was so tired (physically and emotionally) that she was ready to give up breastfeeding altogether. This is when I did my research and found this medical device. I didn't hesitate and got it delivered overnight and we saw IMMEDIATE success. These devices provide the right amount of heat and depth of vibration to unblock her 5-10 blocked ducts. In a matter of minutes, we helped her to prevent a severe infection. She has been using them religiously every time she pumps (baby doesn't like the vibration during feedings). We are also supplementing with Legendairy Milk® Sunflower Lecithin, 1200mg (bought in AMAZON) and she is doing great. Our experience with the device is ~ 5 weeks. No more need for heating pads (certainly no electric toothbrushes!) . She wears them under her breastfeeding bra's (those with openings that allow pumping or breastfeeding) and she doesn't need to hold them (unless she is treating a very deep clot). There have been a couple of instances when other ducts got blocked (primarily when baby decides not to drink empty the breasts) but right away these devices have helped her to unblock the ducts. No medicine, no pain. I remember reading a negative comment of the device not helping - I'm a guy (forgive me!) and all I can say is that perhaps these massagers work in small to medium breasts sizes. At least, I can attest, they have work on my wive's c-cup breasts. I also remember seeing complaints about the battery - we don't have any issue with this. Specifically, my wife keeps them in her breast pumping station. She uses them ~2 sessions (20 minutes each) for a total of 40 minutes before re-charging them. Lastly (and I'm not getting paid to say this) - my wife almost every day thanks me for having found these massagers. She thinks of them as live savers (perhaps a bit of stretch) but certainly they have helped us to continue our breastfeeding journey with our little one. Our Doula didn't know about these massagers - she was thrilled and impressed when we show them to her. I believe she has now share them with her company so that other Doulas can recommend them to other clients. Great product, and yes I highly recommend it - IF I would have learned about blocked ducts before, I would have hesitated to purchase these expensive massagers... Having lived what it means for my wife and baby to face the potential of mastitis - these devices are priceless to me.

Pumping essential
I use these daily, almost every pumping session. They really help maximize your milk output and resolve minor clogs, especially if it’s been more than a few hours since you pumped. I also use them to break up clogs - the vibration plus heat makes them more effective than those microwave heating pads. Nice bonus: with them in, I barely feel any nipple discomfort while pumping. I was hesitant at first given the price but well worth the investment if you’re planning to pump a lot. Only couple caveats - I do still manually massage in addition to these, they don’t get everything out. And battery life is short - keep it plugged in and it’ll just be a minor inconvenience.

Mixed Emotions
Ok- this is a long one but bare with me because there’s a lot of good info! I ordered these to help me with clogs because I was getting them every day, sometimes multiple clogs, in each boob. For the purpose of getting rid of clogs, I genuinely think these help- they DO NOT prevent them (in my opinion). So instead of having a clog that lasts 1-2 full days, I’m able to clear it using these in 1-2 pump sessions (sometimes 3 for those really bad ones). The CONS A) They’re expensive. Let’s be real- who wants to spend $80 to massage their boobs? No one. B) The batter life SUCKS. Trust all the other reviews on that. I got these after reading reviews saying the battery sucked and thought maybe those people just didn’t take care of them or didn’t follow the instructions- nope- they really do suck. I am able to use them on vibrate for 1.5 sessions max. It runs for about 20 minutes so when I have a really bad clog, sometimes I need more than that. If you forget to plug them in between uses (who can remember that between the sick toddler and the crying baby and washing bottles and pump parts and using the bathroom and showering and… aaah) then you will not be able to use them for your entire next pump. It’s completely unrealistic and for the larger price tag of $80 you should at LEAST be able to use them for 2 full pump sessions in my opinion. C) They are not hands free if you get clogs like I do. That sounds lovely but I still have to apply a bit of pressure and usually move them in a circular massaging motion while they’re on heat and vibrate for those dang clogs. I’m giving them 4 stars because I was about to quit pumping due to severe clogs and these actually saved me BUT- there are some serious flaws with battery life that make me question if they were worth the money I spent on them. If the battery sucks this bad when they’re brand new, how will it be after I’ve had them for a month or two 😬

Essential for exclusively pumping
When I first got these massagers, they were an absolute lifesaver. Having both the warming and vibrating assistance while pumping has helped me to avoid clogs, mastitis, abscesses, and other issues. The massagers have a couple different vibrating speeds but I only use the high speed and put them on the sides of my pumping bra while I pump. There are three or four different levels of heat or warmth and most of the time I don't use the warmth just because it can make me feel overheated, but if I have a clog or am engorged then I will use it on the blue color usually. I had an issue with my massagers where the motor on one of them seem to kind of like sputter or like struggle to stay on after more than 10 minutes of use and also not holding a battery as long as the other massager. I tried to overcome it by just charging them as often as possible and trying to make sure that they didn't get anywhere near dying, but unfortunately it didn't help long-term. For the price point I would not have expected to have issues like these. The one that didn't have any issues works great and works consistently. Update, I reached out to lavie and Mandy helped me so much. There is a one-year warranty on the product. Mandy was so kind and understanding and patient in understanding what happened and helped me out so much. As a postpartum mom, stressing over pumping and making milk for my little one is not healthy and can impact my supply. Mandy really helped me and gave me one less thing to worry about. If you receive a set that is not defective, I think these things are worth their weight in gold. I haven't tried any other massagers but I really wouldn't waste my money on any other brand or any other massager that doesn't have both the heat and the vibration built in. Especially since this comes with a warranty, it's more than worth it in my opinion. Picture shows the placement I use when pumping.

Improves let down and milk flow
I don’t normally write reviews but because I almost did not buy these because of some of the negative reviews about poor battery life etc I am writing this for any mamas wondering. I am strictly pumping mom and have been scared my milk would dry up so I bought these when they went on sale and they WORK. they have almost tripled my milk supply and help my letdown. I was also getting tons of clogged ducts in the beginning of my feeding journey and once I started using these, I haven’t had any, maybe a slight one here and there. I have to believe it’s bc of these helping my milk flow through my ducts better. Sure the battery life isn’t the best but that’s because they use a lot of power in order to heat up and vibrate. I just keep them permanently plugged in whenever I am not using them between pump sessions. I highly recommend these or another massager (though I can’t actually rate those). Highly recommend. Try to catch them when they’re on sale, I got them both for $50 when they went on sale on Amazon.

These really make a difference!… but the battery doesn’t last
Didn’t have these for baby number 1, but after hearing so many good things about them I decided to purchase for number 2 As an exclusive pumper anything that helps your supply should be a must! And these make a huge difference! UPDATE 9 mo later- 5 stars to 3 the battery on these doesn’t last. When new they’d last several pump sessions meaning if I forgot to plug them in after one pump session it was fine. But, 9 mo later and they’re lucky to last a single pump session even after being charged. Also want to mention that after my milk supply was established I stopped using these regularly meaning not every week MAYBE a couple times a month. But at their price point I would expect them to have a much longer life. I still think they’re great for early pumping and getting a hang of one’s supply, just in my experience I don’t think they’d last through several kids and DEFINITELY would have wanted to know about the battery life before buying considering they’re quite pricey for what they are.

So helpful with pumping!
These have been great so far! I have noticed I produce more when using these. They really surprised me because I didn't believe the hype at first. They have helped me with pain while pumping. Works great. Durable so far. Helps provide relief while pumping.

Game changer
As an exclusive pumper this has been a game changer! I've been using the Lansinoh heat packs and the La Vie lactation massager, but this combines both of these in a easy to use and really effective product. The heat settings can be adjusted depending on your preference and even though it doesn't have the difference massage settings like the lactation massager you can select no, low or high vibration. I've had a few clogs and this gently eases the discomfort and I was able to pump it out. Fits well in my pumping bra and stays in place with the rubbery surface.
