It's a decent iron for the price, although it has some problems. The manual says that steam only works when the temperature dial is set to the steam setting, which is right next to the highest setting which means it won't be able to use steam on synthetics. In any case I used it on synthetics with steam and it worked well enough, but with a couple problems. It leaked very hot water all over the place (on me too). It had a weird issue where it would just randomly start spewing steam and leaking water when it was sitting upright. I am pretty inexperienced with these so it could have just been me not doing something right, but I don't remember my old iron doing that.

My main review here is for customer service with this iron. It arrived quickly so no problem there but I did have a question about it once received. So I made contact with the customer service information provided on the box, and customer service is what I got! AMAZING AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Honestly, I don't think I've ever had faster replies from a company, professional and friendly, and aim to please! And so far, the iron is working as it should, the only thing I would change is that it's hard to see the water level due to the dark color of the iron. Other than that, this company is great!
