Second purchase of same optic.
Very good optic and price is great. Very clear and holds zero under heavy recoil. First purchase was for a .444 Marlin. Current one is for an AR platform.

Excellent value, do yourself a favor and buy it!
I know many of you are skeptical about a red dot in the sub $100 range, as the SightMarks that I've tested are hot garbage and would lose zero in minutes. I have an Aimpoint PRO and Sig Romeo 5, which are significantly different prices but in my opinion the absolute best in their respective categories. My Aimpoint PRO is my ultimate optic that I would and have trusted my life to, my Romeo 5 is excellent for a budget rifle build and has held up zero ever since I've used it. So where does a $39.99 Ozark optic fall in all of this? I was very skeptical about buying a budget optic but I knew that either way the price wasn't going to break the bank, all the reviews are very consistent, it is accurate within 4 MOA and has not lost zero. If you can't spend the $150+ to get a Romeo 5, what you're going to get with this optic is an easy to adjust, easy to mount (I would recommend using an 11 mm socket to tighten it on your rail to about 25-27 ft/lbs and it won't go anywhere. I shot 60 rounds in 3 shot groups at 25 yards at an indoor range, which at 25 yards I was able to get Sub-MOA 90% of the time, which for a 4 MOA optic is optimal. I want to give this a 5 star rating, however it is not perfect by any means, and I know that many of my issues are not actual issues for the price of the optic, however I hope this feedback eventually becomes future progress. My main issues are as follows: 1. The reticle is fuzzy and hard to focus with in low light, this is not an issue with my Aimpoint and Romeo 5, however even my old StrikeFire and Sparc had these issues so for $39.99 you're not going to get any better. Even then I was still able to shoot very accurately. 2. I zeroed it in using the red dot, when shooting with the green dot it shot about 1.25-2" to the left so you would be better off sticking to only one color, I would very much prefer just having a red dot option with more brightness settings. 3. Even at the dimmest setting, it was a little too bright for indoor shooting or low light, this would be more ideal for outdoor shooting where the reticle is a lot less fuzzy, this is definitely designed to shoot outside. The things I very much found impressive 1. It held zero the entire time, based on the reviews I'm reading here, holding zero in the future won't be a problem. 2. The buttons and adjusters are very solid and easy to use, this is probably the most under appreciated part of an optic and for $39.99 it is beyond acceptable. 3. It weighs about as much as a Strikefire, while not lightweight it feels solid and should respond well to paint if you want to make it camo. 4. Probably the most important one of all, it was incredibly easy to find the reticle when aiming and never experienced any issues with parallax or eye relief, it was very comfortable to shoot with. If you're still reading this and are not convinced to buy this optic, I'm not sure what else to tell you, for $39.99 I do not regret this purchase at all and while it would not be my primary optic, it will remain in my lineup. I would like to see a 2 MOA version if it exists with just red dot, even if it would be a bit more expensive.

If it’s blurry, check your eyes for astigmatism
This red dot sight is built solid and co-witnesses perfectly on my S&W MP-15 Sport 2. Let me first state that this is my first time ever using a red dot sight. During my first magazine, the sight did become a bit loose, but did not fall off. However, the range officer I was with quickly remedied this by using a little bit of locktite. The range officer used his bore sight to get me started, and in less than 15 shots, I was zeroed in at 75 yards. Let me provide some very useful information that I wish I had known before I purchased any red dot sight. I have slight astigmatism and therefore I see three small dots that are very close together. This does not keep me from acquiring a target and keeping good grouping. I am OCD, so I performed hours of research, across multiple sites and in many forums. I have found that many people have issues with any red dot sight, regardless of brand and price range. So, purchasing a more expensive red dot sight may not be the answer. Many people even found out that they had astigmatism in the first place, due to clarity issues they had with red dot sights. I stumbled across a very useful video that shows a very quick and easy way to verify if astigmatism is the cause of the lack of crispness. Remove the sight from your rifle, turn it on and hold the sight in your hand. While looking at the red dot, slowly rotate the sight and pay attention to see if any blemishes or blurriness you are seeing stays at the same point during rotation. Another method I performed was to take my cell phone and take pictures of the red and green dot through my sight in all brightness settings. Sure enough, the pictures show a clear dot. There are a few options you have if your astigmatism, and the red dot really bothers you. 1) Get an eye exam. This should be done every 1-2 years regardless. Request to be tested for astigmatism. 2) Purchase a prism red dot sight. The prism feature will help correct the way your eye perceives the dot. 3) if you have BUIS, pop up the back sight and look at the red dot using the smallest peep. This will correct the red dot issues caused by astigmatism. Regardless, If you have astigmatism then you will have to deal with that across any red dots. By “settling” on a red dot sight that “appears” to be the most tolerable for you, does not reach the goal of being completely satisfied. Even though I have astigmatism, thus to my eyes the red dot is not completely crisp, I still have no issues using this red dot and getting great shots in. I have zero regrets in purchasing the Ozark Rhino red dot sight.

Surprising quality for price tag...
The sight arrived on time and I was very impressed with the initial quality during unboxing, especially for the price.Looks and feels like a sight that could sell for two or three times as much. The mount is attractive and rock solid once all the screws are fastened down down during installation, which only took a couple minutes. The dot isn't as crisp as much more expensive sights out there, and has a tendency to starburst in the higher settings while in low light but it's more then adaquate and everything you could want from a sight in this price range.Easily zeroed in at home with a laser boresighter, although I have yet to go to the range for an actual zeroing.Without having tested it out with live fire,I can only give it 4 stars but If it truelly zeros out and maintains it through the recoil of 5.56/.223 then it will be a solid 5.So far it's been well worth the money and if it performs well at the range I'll be recommending it to all my friends. *Update* Took it to the range today and it was spot on at 25 yards with only using the laser bore sighter to zero it.The dots in both red or green were best at the lowest setting in an indoor range. After I fired a 100 rounds of .223 and 50 5.56,I reinserted the bore sighter to check the zero and it remained solid.I'll check again after a few hundred more rounds.Overall this is an amazing red dot for the price and the best I've seen in it's prince range.Would definitely reccomend to anybody looking for an inexpensive sight that looks good and performs as it should.

It’s great red dot.. get it while u can !
Well I first off the order arrived on time and well packaged. In my limited experience with red dots this was my second purchase as I have which I purchased and returned to another vendor. Now my second statement is subjective... I have a very strong astigmatism corrected with my glasses. This optic preformed awesome. I noticed no “ starburst” , or dot deformation at all. I was originally concerned in buying a red dot for that reason, but this performed flawlessly for me. I used this on ruger Ar556 mounted on the factory pic rail, with a compensater. My testing/ sighting in was done off the shoulder at the range and on the bench with the bore sight while home . The ammo i used was surplus m855 5.56 nato ball ammo. My target was set at 60 yards and 3 1/2 in in diameter. The pros of this optic: Seems to be well constructed ( I don’t torture test any of my gear) The glass is clear and the covers stayed in place during transit and while at stored. They flipped back and stayed out of the way while shooting. The red and green dot are adjustable brightness which is great for those that shoot in different light settings ( on this optic I preferred the red on lowest setting as it allowed to see partially through the dot onto my target and this was at full daylight) , the green is and red are clearly visible and sharp in mid -day use, full sun light. The field of view is perfect for most situations The adjustment time is minimal ( maybe just me ) to get dialed in and get on target ( I got on this optic and fine tuned it in about a 10 rounds) . Now that being said , I did use a laser bore sight at home to get it on paper then dropped a magazine in and worked the rest out at the range. I took it out a second time the next day played around a lil more , the optic stayed true and held zero after 100 rds. Weakness: Ummm I guess I would say what I recommended for this .. more then weaknesses.. I would suggest an auto shut off just because it’s easy to forget to turn it off Smaller dot maybe ... at 60 yards the dot fully covered the 3 1/2in target There really is Not much one can say is bad with this optic. Now there will be those guys that want 300.00 red dot and that’s great but this is an excellent choice for the guy that can’t afford that price point. It’s totally functional and practical for the sporting guy or home defense or prepper. if you want to run out past 100 yds and don’t want to use your iron sights I would suggest a scope with the proper magnification. My next purchase will be a scope for varmit ( coyote ) hunting once I get the extra cash. My over all rating is a 5 stars for the following reasons .. well built Clear glass and dot Ease of set up Also I had some questions before purchase and the customer support was fantastic and responsive. Thanks to u guys at Ozark.

My No lifetime support
My side went dead, checked for the normal things like battery unscrewed it checked it up connections on each side everything looks normal, I called the company to explain that my site was not working. They refused to return my call even when I emailed them to ask for help. They did not respond. Very disappointed I really loved it while it was working properly. Right now I don’t feel like they’re covering their dream to support any problems .

Good quality product ,works great o my ruger 9mm
Only thing is I dislike is I find it mounts a little higher than I would like other than that it is easy to adjust and is very accurate to 75 yards ,probably further than that but that is the max for my eyes without magnification
