Have dry mouth from using bi-pap, does this spray cover the whole nite or do I have to resspray?

It depends on how bad your dry mouth is. My husband who is a snorer uses it just once a night. I have genetic dry mouth\dry throat plus use a CPAP and drug issues, it helps but often I wake with dry mouth unless I sleep with a sugar free cough drop. During the day it helps better.
