Does anybody know where I could find the accessory that the manual calls the frothing disk?

I called Mr. Coffee at the 800 number and asked for the Frothing Disk as well. It does NOT come standard with this machine, but can be ordered through them for $11+ (depending on tax). It's $4.99 for the disk and $4.99 for shipping plus tax.

Do you have to use chocolate pieces or can you use powdered chocolate?

You can use broken chocolate bars, chips, powders, or syrups. It comes with recipes as well.

How long does the hot chocolate stay warm/hot after the cycle has finished?

Unfortunately, we do not have information in regards to how long the chocolate will stay hot after the brew cycle has completed. As the unit does not have a keep warm feature it begins cooling down as soon as it is done brewing. You can however, press the start button again to reheat the contents as necessary.

Does it make the milk boiled enough in a way that I can save it inside the mug for the rest of my day? Or just for drinking directly at same moment?

This hot chocolate maker does heat the milk and blends quality hot chocolate drinks made just the way you like right at home. Although the milk is heated, we advise drinking the hot chocolate drinks at their freshest, as milk needs to be refrigerated for preservation purposes.
