If the maximum power of the hairdressing tools used simultaneously is less than the rating (VA = watts) of the transformer switching you just need to set the input to 110 volt, and the 220 volt socket will give you (surprise) 220 volts. The fan might sound a little strange (60Hz instead of 50) but it'll work fine.
