Love them! Looked at lots of other options. These were best. Love these cutting mats! Looked at LOTS of other options in all kinds of materials. I also tried a few other types of cutting boards. Plus, I have used lots of different cutting boards I the past. These the best cutting board option I have ever found. They are also great as a non-toxic option that isn’t getting chemicals or plastic particles into the food you are cutting. And, they don’t dull knives nearly like some other hard non-toxic options. I love that they are also flexible, stay in place when cutting, are basically no-maintenance, are easy to clean, and they are easy to store. They are a bit pricey but I would buy them again. In fact, I did already order a different color to designate for meat and onion cutting. (I don't think I actually needed to separate that because they wash well and don't have any visible cut marks or stains or odor retention. So, you could just use one mat for all cutting.) I would totally buy an XL version if they made one! 16.5”x11.5” would be a perfect extra-large size to match typical cookie sheets. That would be so helpful for cutting large items like watermelon.

Perfect cutting board material. It is scratch resistant, it grips the surface, the two sizes are perfect or various uses, dishwasher, safe they store easily, and easily picked up to scrape cuttings into your other utensils. I am over the moon with these thick silicone cutting boards. The best cutting boards I have ever used and I’m over 70 years old.

Very nice cutting boards. They’re sturdy enough to stand up to heavy chopping, but also very flexible. Makes transferring veggies, nuts, etc. to the bowl or pan so easy. The red is a pretty color and they take up much less space than my old plastic cutting boards.

I personally like these. They are thick food grade silicone. They are flexy so if you are lifting to transfer your cuttings from one counter to the next, you 'll have to be careful not to spill anything off of them. They are not as large as I would have liked the small one is good for cutting a single small item, like an apple or lemon on. I appreciate that they can go in the dishwasher but again, a little floppy, which annoys me as they bend against other dishes in the machine, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Perfect size for chopping food. Very sturdy while still being flexible. Excellent thickness not thin or too heavy..for easy use. Worked excellent with chopping meat..and vegys...and was super easy to clean I appreciate that ..much better than the thin mats. Far higher quality and very pretty too.

12/31/25 Update. As you can see below I loved the item. Now, the surface is all pock marked. Little round divots are missing and I don't know where they went? I slice, but don't poke the board, but that's what it looks like. My dishwasher is new and the prongs have rounded tips, I don't crush things on top of each other. Never saw them in our food or dishwasher, but silicone bits have gone somewhere where I don't want them to be. I'm sad. First Review: I really love these cutting boards. I've always used the flexible plastic ones which I used to think were the best out there for convenience. Now that we all know about forever plastics, I went in search for a replacement. Found it! These are much thicker and not quite as easy to bend, but its just a matter of getting used to that change. And they do NOT warp in the dishwasher like the plastic ones do. I've washed them in both the top and bottom racks several times each so far and they look brand new. Very happy.

I’ve been really happy with these silicone cutting boards. They’re super easy to clean and sanitize, and the smooth surface wipes down quickly after raw meat or messy ingredients. I love that they flex and fold just enough to funnel chopped veggies or meat straight into a pan without spilling all over the stove. So far, I don’t see any noticeable knife cuts or gouges in the material, even after several uses, which makes me feel better about both hygiene and longevity. Overall, a practical, low-maintenance set of boards that’s earned a permanent spot on my counter.

These are great cutting boards. I love them so much I bought six sets and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I've been trying to get away from the microplastics that contaminate food with plastic cutting boards. I searched extensively until I found these. They do have a certification that they are truly food grade silicone. They are nice easy to use and heavy and grip well to the counter. They hold up well and so far I've had them two months with no knife marks. I use very sharp Henkels pro series knives and so far so good! They're great because you can flex them to pour the chopped food into your bowl or pan. I'm glad I wasn't swayed by the poor reviews. I have no idea how those people cut through these without trying really hard to do so. They seem like they'll last a very long time if you take good care of them. I also toss them in the dishwasher and they do great!

These are great chopping boards! They were exactly what i was looking for to replace old plastic ones that were degraded and I worried about microplastics going in my food. With silicone those fears are gone. It’s true that they are non slip and that knives don’t leave marks on these chopping boards and they wash well in the dishwasher - they still look brand new after 3 months of use. The juice catcher is useful for foods like tomatoes. Being able to bend them is useful for transferring food into a pan or bowl.

Excellent product, able to go in dishwasher, and less bulky than wood.

Good quality and well worth the price paid. Light weight and easy to store. I’ve been using them for only a week so I don’t know how well they’ll wear. So far, they are great.

Good quality but does need too be a little more generous on the size. I think it a useful cutting board hence the five star rating.
