They should be "disqualified" for stating it's "Made in the USA" while using ginger from China. That's NOT being transparent and honest in my book! Chinese ginger is NOT the same as organic ginger grown in the USA. I agree with buying in the USA. If you want to keep your jobs, homes and country...I would start supporting USA.

How long will a bottle of this ginger juice keep in the refrigerator?

Bottle says 2 months, but as always, use your senses (eyes and nose mostly here). My advice is to freeze them into ice cube trays and thaw as needed. That's what I do and it saves me from wondering if it's gone off or not.

Is this 100% ginger juice?

Greetings! Our Organic Ginger Juice is 99% ginger juice with 1% citric acid added as an acidity regulator to ensure the stability of the product being shelf-stable. Our citric acid is made using non-GMO molasses from beet and sugar cane, through fermentation process to convert the sugars into citric acid. We hope that helps! Please feel free to email our team directly at info@gingerpeople.com. Take care, Mr. Knobs

What would be the measurement of this to equal 2 inches of ginger root?

Hi there! 2 inches of ginger root would be equivalent to roughly 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of our ginger juice. I hope that helps!
