This product is sleek and modern. People weren't aware it was a laptop sleeve since the MacBook Pro Retina 13" is so thin. A must buy!Update: February 22, 2014Folks, I'm not too sure why people are saying that this product does not fit a 13" Macbook Pro Retina. Mine fits perfectly and it still has about a little over a 1/4" room left for the width of the product. That is why I was updating my feedback since that extra room is available, it allowed my to purchase the Logitech Wireless Performance Mouse MX for PC and Mac. The mouse has a USB bluetooth, so initially it was a concern since I thought my laptop wouldn't fit with the usb device attached to it, but it does! Not only it does fit with the usb device attached to it, I still have a little wiggle room. I always make sure not to shove the laptop in the case since I don't want to damage the laptop or the usb device.I'm sorry to hear that other MacBook Pro Retina 13" owners found out that it didn't work with their laptop. It must have been a product defect since I have had no issues what so ever with my Macbook.One thing I do recommend is not to have the laptop sitting on the case since the magnet of the case tends to interfere with my laptop. My laptop will go in sleep mode when it's on the case. It doesn't happen all the time; however, there could be a possibility it is a laptop issue. It only occurs when the laptop is on the case. Any who, it is still worth the buy and the quality is still awesome.

I hate ordering things like this online, because I never feel quite sure that the description will match the object. However, this sleeve case met all my expectations.I got a sleeve instead of a case because I kept reading stories that, despite what case you bought, dust will still get in a scratch the computer. So I went with this sleeve. It fits my 13-inch MacBook Air very well, and even comes with a little pocket to place business cards (probably not something I will use, but oh well). The color was as advertised (I got the light blue), the inside is a soft material that won't cause scratches and it is sturdy enough that I feel that my computer is well-protected.The one thing I will say is, I'm not sure how well the computer would fit in the sleeve if it had a case on it. I honestly have no idea one way or the other, but the sleeve is snug, so I'm guessing you would have a hard time fitting it in with a case.This is a very good product, you won't regret buying it!

I was a little worried when I first opened up the packaging. Despite the description here, on the product's packaging it only lists it as a sleeve for the Air. However, when I slipped in my late 2013 Macbook Pro with Retina, it was a perfect (snug!) fit.I have the black sleeve, because it was the cheapest and honestly the best-looking from what I could tell on Amazon. Overall, this leather sleeve serves its purpose perfectly. I simply wanted something to put my new Macbook Pro in when I wasn't using it, especially when I put it in my backpack; furthermore, I wanted it to look classic and elegant, which it does, to a degree. The inside of it is cloth, which seems to protect the aluminum cover just fine.Like some have said, there is a chemical smell, and while it was strong, I did not find it entirely repulsive -- just strong. What I did was wedge open the sleeve with a couple of the plastic shipping bubbles that came in my order, and let it air out in a sunny window for a couple of days. The smell is still there, but it is not nearly as strong now, and is reminiscent of a new shoe smell. I actually like it, though some find it a deal-breaker -- I guess it's up to you.The sleeve has a small opening on the left side to allow you to charge your Macbook while it is in the sleeve -- that's pretty handy.The extra sleeve and card holder on it don't seem too useful, but it's not a problem. Especially with a MBPr in there, there's not too much space to shove papers or business cards in those slots.The biggest problem I have with the Snugg is that the "Snugg" name is on it. Sure, it's the company's name, but it's kind of in conflict with the otherwise classy look to this sleeve. I would have much preferred a smaller logo, or maybe no logo at all. However, it's just pressed into the leather, it's not an obnoxious patch or a different color, so it's really only visible if you're close up.Also, a tip:If your MBP has been randomly going to sleep, the Snugg might be the culprit!I used the Snugg kind of like a tabletop when I wanted to use the MBPr on my lap. To my horror, the MBP kept randomly going to sleep. I was relieved when I figured out that it is the magnets in the Snugg's cover flap that were causing this. The MBP knows when the lid is closed based on magnets -- so when a magnet gets near certain parts of the lid (I think it must be the bottom part of the screen), it puts the MBP to sleep. You can still use the Snugg as a flat surface to put your Macbook on, just position the magnets away from the screen.Overall a great buy, I highly recommend it, and only take off the 1 star for the Snugg name on it and the initially strong smell.

I've been using this sleeve daily for over 2 years now, and it's holding up fantastically. Some visible wear around the edges and back, but the stitching is fully intact and it continues to protect my computer just fine. The sleeve started off fairly snug, relaxed and bit within a few months, and has maintained that "relaxed but secure" fit that's ideal for laptop sleeves. The magnetic flap is a godsend for long-term usage (nothing to wear out) and maintains a strong grip, so I've never had to worry about my laptop.I didn't notice any smell like some reviewers have commented about, and for this price, the fake leather doesn't really bother me. The pockets aren't really big enough to fit charging cables, but it's very useful for holding papers and notes. I use this with an ASUS UX31A (Zenbook series), and it fits perfectly. I'd imagine any similar sized computer (Apple or non-Apple) would work great with this sleeve. Would definitely buy again if I needed to, though I fully expect this to hold up until my next computer!

Pour une pochette soi-disant "garantie à vie" d'une marque plutôt réputée, la déception est grande. J'ai mis une 2e étoile pour l'esthétique du produit mais pour la durabilité c'est zéro. En quelques mois le revêtement commence à s'émietter juste en la rentrant et la sortant quotidiennement du sac à dos, contrairement à d'autres pochettes que j'utilise qui n'ont pas la moindre égratignure après 5 ans. Je déconseillerais ce produit pour sa qualité médiocre.

Prodotto carino, un po' scomodo. E' stato effettuato il reso in quanto acquistato per un ASUS ZenBook da 13" ed era troppo "aderente". L'ultrabook entrava nella custodia ma era fastidioso "impegnarsi" per sfilarlo fuori una volta inserito vista la troppa aderenza. Probabilmente è un problema di spessore in quanto l'ASUS ha uno spessore lievemente maggiore sul retro.

5 stelle meritatissime sia per la spedizione attraverso Amazon Prime, sicura puntuale ed eccellente,che per il prodotto.Allego qualche foto così che possiate avere un idea delle dimensioni di questa bella"busta" .Acquistato per un Mac Air 13", il prodotto è di ottima qualità,qualità che si riscontra non solo con il colpo d'occhio e di stile (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte) ma sopratutto con il tatto.Non ingombra in maniera eccessiva, ha una tacchina porta documenti/tessera universitaria/badge... la parte che avvolge il computer è soffice è composta di materiale anti-graffio. Si compone di un'altra tasca che ritengo sia utile per trasportare documenti,accessori vari.Consigliata per chi vuole un po' di stile e comodità nel trasportare il proprio portatile.Resto a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda e chiarimento.
