I used this exactly as directed, 2 or 3 drops twice a day for 7 days and then used an ear wax removal flushing system I also bought on Amazon. Worked like a charm. I had tried DeBrox with the included syringe and that didn’t work for me. This product softened it up and the flushing machine washed it all out.

I had ear blockage due to wax and a combination of an ear infection. Within two days my ears opened back up. Amazing product
