Is this jar sealed in a pressure cooker? Mine arrived and the lid is not tight.

I don't know about a pressure cooker, the jar is supposed to be sealed tight, just like Ragu, or any other sauce. I wouldn't eat it if it wasn't sealed.

Any bones or meat stock used in the production of this?

No... this sauce (called gravy ) is very good and close to homemade.
