Item received was defective. I contacted Aukey and their support offered no resolution so don’t expect them to hold to any kind of warranty. Now I have to go though Amazon to get a refund.

Stopped worked after a few uses. I bought this as a back up in case I forgot the Apple charger, so I kept it in my backpack. Only used it maybe twice and by the time I used it a third time a couple months had gone by and it was dead. Contacted AUKEY and they asked if I changed the cable / device / etc. yes, AUKEY, I know how to A/B electronics. Device was fine. AUKEY cable was fine. Used an Anker charger which worked just fine. This was my first AUKEY product and it’ll be my last. Gave it a go and didn’t pan out for me. I’m sure I just got a dud, but given AUKEY didn’t even acknowledge a bad unit is what led me to leave this review of a faulty item.

I received this unit as a replacement for another defective 30 watt charger. Kudos to Aukey customer service. This particular dual port unit is high quality and seems to perform well. The USB-C port delivers a nice 30 watts and charger runs cool. One minor downside is that this charger is a little outdated now with all the competing new GaN versions that are more powerful and have a similar form factor that seem to be coming out every few weeks. Nevertheless, at current prices with the Amazon discount this is great value and a great travel charger for those with a small laptop and phone.

This is a great charger. It has a standard USB A port that charges at 5v and 2.4A and a USB C port that can provide up to 12v 1.5A. I bought this one because of the PD capability and it got great reviews and mainly for charging high capacity power banks. The plugs on the back fold up and it fits into a pretty small space. It doesn't feel cheap and whe charging a powerbank at 3A, it barely got warm.

I bought this specifically to charge my Canon EOS R5, which requires USB-C PD at 9V, 3A. It works great and is a fraction of the $140 that Canon charges for their adapter. It's also more compact than the Canon adapter.

Great customer support. This was a replacement for another Aukey product. Charger is great and really like the foldable plug.

Charging phones works great

This is one of the very few fast chargers with compact design i have liked. It charged my phone very fast and same goes with my Ipad. Doesnt come with any cables but great for travelling.
