The PWW50 filters are made with two different screw in adapters on the bottom - the P3 & P4 - you need to make sure that you select the correct style. The P3 is SAE style (coarse thread) and the P4 is MPT style (finer thread). Here are the specifications for the PLF6CH-940 (fit PWW50P3) so you can match them up with your old filter(s): Diameter: 6" Length: 7 5/8" Top: Handle Bottom: 1 1/2" SAE Threaded Filter Area: 50 sq. feet
