Hi, yes it absolutely can - in fact if you visit our website you will find many recipes where it can be prepared in this way including a delicious Tabbouleh salad or Rainbow salad, perfect for summer picnics

Once opened you can heat some and then place the remaining still in the pouch into the fridge for up to 2 days to be heated and eaten later. We would not really recommend reheating once you have already, heated or cooked some volume in this time only as it may go a little dry being cooked twice

How long will it last in a fridge if I put half a pack in an air tight container after opening the pack?

If the rice is uncooked I would just sit it in the cupboard if the rice is cooked I would try and keep it in the fridge trial and error that’s what I say
