Patisserie and Baking Foundations

I bought this as a gift, so I don't actually own it. But the person I gave it too said it was pretty amazing book so I'll vouch for it here on her recommendation. I've heard mention errors, and I think it's safe to say that yes, there are some errors.I have looked through it myself, but not read it. Overall I liked what I saw. I'm not that interested in pastries though, except croissants, so it's probably not a book for me to own personally.As for the errors, I've read about ingredient problems in some recipes, and I saw some mislabeled pictures. Overall, nothing that ruins the book.

All the 3 books met my expectations as those knowledge are what i need for my baking foundation skills.

I really like the book. It was vry helpful to me.

I recommend to anyone who is serious about pastries.Easy to understand and follow (techniques and procedures).This is the real thing.

The book is excellent and the layout and instructions are wonderful. Le Cordon Bleu has an excellent publisher for their books.

Reasonably happy with this book, not as in depth as I thought it might be, but the information is sound.
