Maid-sama! (2-in-1 Edition), Vol. 1

This was recommended after I binged watched Snow White with red hair and OMG ! So so good ! I hate spoilers so I will try to give you a glimpse of the series. If you love Rom-coms , dram-roms , you will get your fill! Before though, I’ve read a lot of reviews and there’s lots of comments about the main guy Usui Being too much of what he does (sexual harassment, stalker etc ) but keep in mind he receives the same comments from the opposite sex too so this series gives it both ways. Be open minded when you read this and forewarned if you don’t like those types of actions this not for you. Honestly , it’s not that bad and just adds to why he does what he does which is explained in the series. Otherwise, this series has it all!! Classic rags to riches, poor girl meets super hunky, great at almost everythjng guy. There’s intrigue, mystery, shock, sadness, competition, fights, guys fighting over girl, but most of all, a super hot Usui !! My only wish though , is that the series jumps ten years (sorry spoiler !! ) and I would’ve loved to see maybe an extra volume on just tid bits of what happened, seriously though, I would love anything more ! I didn’t want the series to end ! Enjoy reading and watching (unfortunately the show only covers up to like volume 4? Chapter 7?) so you will have to read the entire manga to get closure :) Enjoy ! (I binged read the entire series in a day so it’s an easy read !)

But the book was new, and the price was right. I've purchased Manga Lite books before, but never original styled Manga. Reading left to right is new, as is starting from the back of the book.

one of my favorite romance manga. The plot is so good and the romantic development is very cute and interesting in my opinion. This book made me butterflies in my stomach and over-enthusiasm. I highly recommend this manga series. The seller is highly recommended. The manga arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

This is a collection of the first two volumes of Maid-sama! Misaki, a hard-working, class president of Saeki High School, runs a tight ship. The school she goes to used to be an all-boys school before they let girls attend. There's now a small amount of girls among many delinquent boys so Misaki tries to keep the guys in line and the school a comfortable place for women. The students of Saeki only know Misaki as an overbearing class president but after school Misaki has a part-time job: she works at a maid café as one of the maids. While trying to keep her job a secret, the most popular guy in school, Usui, finds out and he is intrigued by Misaki's double life. Will he be able to keep her job a secret or will Usui tell the other students, who will begin to not respect her authority as class president?... Maid-sama is an older manga, you can tell by the art style, and it is a very fun read. The story and how Misaki interacts with Usui reminds me a lot of Cheeky Brat. Im pretty sure Cheeky Brat might have taken inspiration from Maid-sama because the characters having similar personalities. I do like Misaki's strength and her leadership skills. She's definitely a force to be reckoned with. In volume two she becomes pretty flustered with Usui and it's very sweet. I do like Usui. He is persistent, protective of Misaki, and likes Misaki the way she is. I'm crossing my fingers for those two! 4 stars

This series is so funny and cute! I love it so much! It came quickly and there were no problems with the book!
