Can I put this ram in a 3200mhz motherboard with a OC rating of 5000mhz ?

As far as I'm aware you can but u will be only able to o/c it to 3600 via xmp (amd) push it at ya own risk!

It works with my Ryzen 5600X so I don't see why it wouldn't do the same for the 5950X.

depends on AMD or Intel due to memory controller but I don't think its just as simple as change 4 numbers.
