Taste of the South

I read this through Kindle Unlimited and it is perfect for the novice cook with aspirations toward greatness!

I actually have many paper cooking magazines and just downloaded the first cooking magazine I found that looked half interesting so I could check out what it looked like on the new kindle. I was so impressed with the magazines recipes and its ability to work with the kindle that I plan on continuing to subscribe. Now if I could just clip out the recipes it would be fabulous!!!

Since this is mostly filled with recipes, I found it extremely difficult to actual duplicate the recipes. There was no way to print out the recipes to have on the counter next me and my tablet would have become dirty very quickly (flour, butter, etc. on the screen). I'll be cancelling this. I gave it a try b/c of a free trial I was offered. Online magazines are just not for me.

Love the recipes, always timely with the holidays. I can always find a great go to recipe any time of the year or event!

Beautifully done with wonderful recipes. Like all the other Hoffman media magazines this is done to perfection, the way magazines used to be and should be.

I have ALWAYS loved my Taste of the South magazine. These recipes come from people like you and me. They are time-tested and people-pleasing recipes. Everything from special dinners to the best for that pot-luck and bake sale can be found in these pages. These recipes are easy to follow and will please even the pickiest eaters. If you LOVE good family-style homecooking, then this is the magazine for you.

I so enjoyed this magazine. I had never seen this magazine before; jut had gone to Christy Jordan's website and this was mentioned so I wanted to see the magazine. Didn't take long to know I wanted this one and to subscribe to the magazine.

I like this magazine. Good recipes. However, the magazine needs to be updated digitally. Where is the version that is supposed to be out now?
