Forget the rest, this is the best!
I’ve tried other turning peels but this one is the best. Others are flimsy, or too short or too long. This peel is the perfect length that keeps you away from the high heat but still allows control and a close enough distance so you can see the cook of the pizza. Great quality. I highly recommend.

This turning peel works so well with a pizza oven. Great design and long handle. Makes moving the dough around so simple and is super effective. It is expensive but has long durability, is quality and does the job very well. This will last if looked after so is worth the money long term.

Imprescindible para usar con horno Ooni – Muy buena calidad Tengo un horno Ooni de 12 pulgadas y esta pala para girar pizzas ha sido una compra clave. Antes, girar las pizzas dentro del horno era complicado y poco preciso. Desde que la tengo, la diferencia es enorme: manejar la masa es mucho más fácil y rápido, y consigo un horneado más uniforme.
