Very Comfortable
I have tried several different ab belts and most of them are too bulky. This ab fit perfect, my only con would be I think the width is a bit too wide. I am only 5'1, so it may be better for someone with a longer torso. However, it fit great around the middle. I was able to wear the belt for several hours and I was not uncomfortable at all. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This serves its purpose it will make you sweat. BUT it is so thick and bulky you cant wear it out with out looking like you added on another 5lbs. I guess its really meant to be used in the comfort of your own home, but thats not what I wanted it for.

This waist trimmer band works really great. It is comfortable and immediately I felt back and an support. I actually wear it for comfort throughout the day as well as for workouts. It definitely makes you sweat a lot more. So if your looking for something that breathes and is cool, this is not for you. It's meant to make you sweat in order to increase weight loss I think. I am 5' 90 lbs and this belt adjusts perfect and fits really well. I can see where it would adjust to fit many sizes. I would recommend this waist trimmer belt and glad I purchased it.
