I don't know and I can't find the box (I don't think that there is), but I currently have my BrightPad sitting on a microphone stand and I have knocked the stand over several times by bumping into the stand (oops) causing the BrightPad to crash to the floor, and the BrightPad still works perfectly. I bought the stand so that I could set the BrightPad right next to either side of my face and still type on my computer (it's a tall stand). I hope this helps!

Q: Is this battery operated or does it have a plug? If it's a plug, how long is the cord?

Hi,The cord length apx 1.5m. maybe.. not long...This item has 110V plug. But you can use it as 220v by using plug adaptor. You don't need a battery.

Q: Do you have to replace the bulbs

They are LED lights so I dont think they can burn out. all of mine are still lit even after at least 200 hours of use and they are really really bright.
