Product did not work at all, burnt smelling upon being plugged into the outlet.
Product did not work at all once I installed it, it stunk like something burnt and then I they didn’t want it returned, I was stuck with the product that did not work and I finally got a credit but not my money returned to my checking account, just an Amazon credit!

Shoddy Product
This product is terrible. It doesn’t respond to the remote and I often resort to manually pulling down the paper. Would not recommended.

Total junk with no support from anyone.. I will take the loss and order it from B&H photo

Simply doesn't work.
The first one worked for a second then failed. Replacement worked for one single roll and then failed.
