Exactly what I wanted
We needed to replace a spatula we purchased at a chef store years ago. We were having trouble finding one like it. Amazon came through when I ordered it. It is EXACTLY the same as our old one, which is a simple design but very user friendly and a classic.

Best one I ever had
I bought this one because it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen and it works great and will last a long time.

I don't understand the complaints about melting.
I have two of the "white" spatulas. I have used these spatulas long enough to scramble about 7 dozen eggs and flip about 25 burgers on an electric griddle and cast iron skillet. They would probably be fine, but I would not use these on a gas/charcoal/wood fired grill. After considerable use, they look like they just came out of the package. I do NOT leave the spatula in the hot skillet unless I am stirring/turning, but these are nearly perfect for my daily use. I thought I had some discoloration on one of them, but It was just a thin coating of egg yolk, that I obviously didn't wash well enough. A damp, soapy, dishcloth easily removed it. At least for me, these have a near perfect amount of flex, MAYBE slightly on the stiff side, but that is better than too flimsy. I highly recommend.

Good all-around spatula.
I bought this specifically for my non-stick egg pan and it works great for that purpose. It has since become my go-to spatula for all non-stick cooking. I use stainless with a steel spatula for applications where i may be scraping the pan or high heat. I have seen other reviews where the plastic of this spatula melts on the edge but I haven't had any such issues. Mine still looks great. It's easy to clean and feels sturdy. I don't know why but I thought it would be more flexible but I don't mind too much. It's pretty solid. Feels good in the hand. One small gripe for me is that the red is darker and more of a crimson or burgundy color than I thought. I really was looking for a bright red or a true red spatula. But it still looks good and stands out from my other black utensils which I like. As other reviewers have mentioned this spatula lays pretty flat (attached picture). This is good for storage and for me gives good control when flipping. But if you are looking for an angled spatula you may look elswhere.

This is almost as slim as metal ones. Works very nicely with fish

Who knew?
Where have these been all my life? Such a great product. I bought these because I needed a spatula that wouldn’t scratch my new non-stick skillet and they are perfect. And using them together makes a big difference with turning something - use one for getting under and the other to actually get under and turn the egg, piece of fish, hamburger, pancake, whatever over. A great price, too.

Shaped a little funky
We needed a new skinnier spatula after our previous tool when to wherever trash goes when it grows up and leaves the house. This spatula filled that spot in the cupboard with flying colors! Well, with color anyway. So far, so good, it's shaped a little funky but I kinda like that. Have not had any problems with its heat resistance or clean-ability. Since it is the go-to spatula in the kitchen, I will likely buy another for when we need 2, or when one is dirty.

The Endless Quest for the PERFECT Spatula Ends HERE
I'll admit it. I'm picky, picky, PICKY about my kitchen utensils. Tongs, spatulas and ladles, to be precise. And I've been searching for YEARS, trying to find the functional equal to an ancient, worn, and slightly warped, early-70's model Ecko egg turner I inherited. You know the feeling of a trusted tool-- one with just the right heft, just the right edge thickness for turning over-easy eggs or flipping pancakes, with just the right wrist feel and the perfect combination of flexibility and rigidity. To cut the chase, this spatula fits the bill perfectly in all categories, including easy storability (fitting "flat" in a drawer). I should have listened to the other reviewers & bought two at once. But I just HAD to try it before I committed to more than one. First I bought a red one. Then came back for a purple. Who knows what color is next? I love these for all my kitchen chores--over-easy eggs, french toast, hash browns, broiled fish, scrambled eggs, hamburgers--you name it, it can flip it, and the edge is cut at an angle and is just the perfect thickness for its purpose. Love being able to use more than one at a time with "color coding" so we don't accidentally flip the eggs with the hash brown spatula-of-the-day : ) Highly recommended for utility, looks, heat resistance, & price; I'll be back for several more for myself & for family gifts. Love 'em!

Thin and flexible
We own a similar metal spatula. Purchased this to use with non-stick cookware.

Buenisima !
