Great product. Gentle on my skin which is sensitive to multiple laser treatments in the past. Used for 2 months and upgraded to level 3.

Worth every penny

The packaging is a bit awkward and feels rather cheap. For a cream from a brand at this level, I would expect higher-quality packaging. It feels somewhat misshapen and disproportionate. I didn't like it. However, the quality of the product itself is amazing! The soft pastel shade of the cream is very pleasant. It has the consistency of a light fluid, glides smoothly onto the skin, absorbs quickly, and leaves no greasy residue. No irritation whatsoever. The skin looks as if you've just had a professional skincare treatment. Highly recommended!

I have dry, reactive and rosacea prone skin. I was sure that my skin wouldn’t tolerate this but decided to try it anyways and I’m so glad I did! I started off applying it every 4 nights and am now applying it every 3. I will continue slowly increasing application frequency to daily, but I’ve already seen improvements in skin texture and tone.

I have rosacea but have wanted to try retinol/retinal. I tried retinol and bakuchiol in the past and my skin didn't like it. Thankfully, no issues at all with this one, and it helped even out my skin a little bit. It was very subtle but that is to be expected with a percentage this low. I have since moved up to Level 3 and when my rosacea is doing really well I can even tolerate Level 6 (but use it on top of a hyaluronic acid serum to reduce irritation). I recommend Level 1 to anyone who is hesitant but curious about retinal.

Just started to use this and I am obsessed. I have very sensistive skin and I knew started a retinol would cause a purging process so I am glad they had different strengths to ease into the process. I have noticed such a difference in my skin and how it glows and is more firm.

Attention, le titre est mensonger. C'est du retinal 1 et non du 10. Il faudrait revoir le titre. Après, pour ceux qui vont lire la description du produit, il est bien marqué pour peau sensible donc du 1. Enfin, j'ai bien reçu mon produit mais sans la boîte du produit, juste un tube qui a pu être ouvert par n'importe qui car sans plastique de protection sur le bouchon. Il n'y a donc pas de date de péremption visible. C'est vraiment moyen.
