If it states two. They can come either way, typically sold as one unit or just one can, but I have found some awesome deals on two sold together. Hope this helps.

Does use of this product eliminate the need to oil the blades?

To answer your question; for me, this product "replaces" the need to oil the blades in my Norelco electric razor. And, it does an excellent job. First, I open the shaver head assembly to rinse my three shaver heads under hot tap water to clean out hair clippings and old lubricant. Next, I use one very short spray of Andis on the bottom (spool driver side) of each shaver head. Then I close the shaver head assembly, turn the razor upside down, turn the razor on for about 15 seconds to lubricate the shaver heads and dab the excess lubricant from the outer shaver head assembly, Finally, I open the trimmer blades on the back of the razor and use the same cleaning procedure. My only disappointment is you can't buy just one can of the 15.5 oz. Andis Aerosol.

Can I clean dermal roller with this?

You should be able to clean it with this. This product is great. It lubricates and sterilizes. Nice cool spray.
