I need the width and lenght of the mario cart figurine?

I don't have exact measurement but it was approx 2"x3"

Do the cars actually work?

They're decorations. The wheels spin, but not effectively enough to use as toys for long. Mario and Luigi don't peg onto the karts in a tight enough manner to actually stay on. The engine mufflers fall off also.

Only luigi showed up and no mario. how can this be fixed?

They do not run by themselves. They’re sort of like plastic hot wheels. The tires rotate when you push the car by hand.
