What is the difference between this product and the oil?

This is a serum and thus lighter than oil. I use this as a styling agent while drying my hair. The oil I use at night. A small amount in the palm of my hand and applying it lightly to my hair. Both products are very nourishing.

Would I use this instead of mousse? Thank you :)

The mousse adds more volume, whereas this is more about styling easily without frizz problems.
