I love my key organizer. When my mom saw it, she has been asking me to get her one and i finally ordered several more for all of my family members!!! The quality of the leather is really nice and it looks great with pretty much everything i wear lol! You can see in the pictures that i have more keys than mom does, but it works out either way. I still have one more extension to add if i need to add more keys in the future.Another thing i love about this organizer is the dual carabiner it comes with. It's nice if you need to easily take out or add keys, such as car keys. (it came in handy when i was trying to have my car valet parked and it was nice to just easily unhook the car keys and hand it to the valet employee and keep the rest of my keys with me). When i first got the organizer, i was having a hard time opening the carabiner until i figured out that the small black plastic thingy in the middle is the locking mechanism, and it needs to be turned vertically for it to unlock, and then turn it back horizontally to lock it for extra security!Last but not least i love the smart tracker. Makes me feel safer knowing that i can find my keys if i misplace them or stop them from being stolen right away!

Very few of my keys had key holes that fit fastener in the leather holder. The tracker seems to work well and the leather holder is nice looking. It does require yet another app on your phone, as it's not a HomeKit-type thing.

A little bulky and keys don’t stay like if upside down keys are hanging out from the leather straps. Just did not expect it but works still for me.

WOW! This device is worth every dollar; everyone at my office and friends is getting one now! I got rid of my large, jingly key ring that used to stab me in the leg and and I replaced it with this very organized and pleasant to the touch combo. NO MORE JINGLE!!! NO MORE STABBING KEYS!!! The best part is I will NEVER lose my keys again thanks to the tracker.Another tip- if your teenage kid wants to hide your car keys, just in a second you will know exactly where they are!)It also helps you find your phone by making it ring as long as you have the app enabled.Overall you are getting two handy gadgets in one beautiful and giftable pack!

If you are say in your home and it has trusted wifi, you misplace your keys your phone will only say that they are in trusted wifi and nearbuy. The "tile" does nothing, no sound at all. The keychain is designed in such a way that you cannot push the key in such as in a car ignition. The steel rod and plastic spacers along with the edge of the keychain is the problem. The box is filled with over a dozen pieces for you to assemble without instructions. One piece we never could identify or figure out. I went through all the "help" in the app and even wasted my money on a new battery which did not help at all. I emailed the company and never got a response. I could go on, but you get the idea. Needless to say, it is long gone and been replaced with a less expensive product that actually works.

The units will disconnect and reconnect every few minutes, causing the phone and unit to beep nonstop. Returning them.
