I love the freshness and the size of each pistachio in the bag and the fact that it’s available in 5lb bags as well as smaller ones at a very reasonable price! No salt matters and the flavor is excellent, fresh tasting.

I was not crazy about spending this kind of money on Pistachios Roasted & Unsalted. But I will say these are great quality, great quantity and at the end of the day, worth the bucks. I especially like that they are roasted but unsalted. I really got used to no salt and just love the real flavor of the nut! Any time I am hungry between meals, a small handful really does the trick! A healthy choice as compared to chips or desserts.

I like nuts, but had never had a pistachio before until recently. Walnuts, peanuts, cashews, almonds, but never a pistachio. I tried some a copy of months ago at a friends house and really enjoyed them. The only problem is that my wife won't let me buy them they are salted and she want to cut the salt in our diets.Then I discover 'no-salt' pistachios! And the price is much better than buying them in the market.In addition what I like about Sincerely Nut no-salt pistachios is their size and freshness, I've seen comment that there are too many empty shell in a bag, but there are a lot of loose nut meat. Especially at the bottom of the bag. I think that because the nuts are open so wide that the nut meat falls out in processing.These are really good. Now how do I open the shells that haven't opened in cooking.

Really liked the packaging. The pistachios were fresh, really outstanding quality, and a very good valuefor something that often difficult to find. Would definitely buy again!

Most of the time I get a great quality batch with large sweet plump nuts however, this batch was not the cream of the crop. The nuts were smaller, did not taste as sweet and were coated with a lot of dry particulate chaff that tickles the throat and triggers a coughing spell when swallowed. It is not a deal-breaker for me because, the chaff may have been a roasting or drying issue and it was probably harvested too early in the season. Most of the time however, these nuts are the best of the crop and I look forward to my next purchases.
