Same as his other book
I expected more, but it was very much like The Belly Fat Cure.I may need to read it in full detail. You should purchase one or the other. Both are not needed.

LOVE this!!
This is so easy to follow and so many options - what a great resource. Wish I'd known about it sooner, but I'm on track now - It doesn't matter if you're vegan or a meat eater - you can do this. Great information and not as restrictive as other lifestyle plans - very adaptable.

A very simple and helpful way to lose the weight and keep it off. Just follow his instructions. Very informative for those that strive to lose weight.

But I haven't tried the recipes yet, and lots of them look yummy. Cruise's program is WORKING for me and I'm almost 65. Love it!The protein snacks are important to keep the old metabolism humming. I needed to lose 15 # and have lost 10 in a couple of months. The cool thing is, the loss has sped up for me as I stayed with the plan, instead of slowing down like everything else I've tried! And I've been careful but not perfect. OH, one more thing. I can't believe how fruit was spiking my blood sugar and keeping me overweight. I ate a lot of fruit--healthy, right? Now, I'm delighted with a few blueberries or 1/4 of an apple--always along with protein, of course. And, I finally get that artificial sweeteners are death to my weight loss. Thank you, Mr. Cruise.

Fast Results Menu
I started with the fast results menu and saw a noticeable difference within the first week! This book has helped me identify food that will raise my insulin high and those that are likely to not. So, it has empowered me to make choices in what foods I eat. There is variety and I didn't feel hungry all the time. Hydration is an important factor when trying the different menus.

Lots of information about what not to eat.
Like all diet books this one is pretty severe with all the foods you cannot eat....I've bought too many just like it. Boils down to eating small amounts and absolutely no treats that remind you of your childhood.

Jorge Cruise offers a simple way to reduce our sugar and carb intake and has many suggested menus. I have serious doubts that I could follow the vegetarian / vegan menus though as I think I'd just be WAY TOO HUNGRY. I don't see how an active person could manage on those foods for a whole week. All the other menus have much more to offer so for that part I'd rate the book about 3 stars. But the recipes look so good that I'm adding a star for a total of 4. I bought this to read on my iPad but had to borrow a copy from the library to see the week-long menus clearly. Not sure if I've don't something wrong but that make the book less useful to me.

It is my second book from this autor. I have lost most of my surplus weight and I am not on a diet, I just avoid the wrong food! Plenty of lovely, tasty dishes so you don't feel deprived. I'll keep it up for life, even if ocasionally I will have a little carb/naugthy something.

This is really poor, the diets and advice may be good but all the 7 day menus are unreadable on a kindle device and increasing font size does not help. Do not buy this
