How comfortable is the seat for say a guy my weight?Im 6'3 200lb

Im 5 11” i weight 220 it’s comfortable

Does this one come with a chest pad and can it be added and removed as needed?

Mine came with the chest pad but I never use it. It easily comes off.

Does the seat incline?

No. It has no back. I do not see an advantage for the seat to recline.
