07/09/2024- It is heavy at about 20 lbs but the battery lasts 8 hours easily. I assume the internal batteries are responsible for the weight but this is as expected. It is a very nice portable TV and when combined with a fire stick is great for using on the terrace. The sound volume is somewhat limited as others have said but not an issue for me. The screen image is bright and clear. Mine has a defect in the image - fixed horizontal line across the lower quarter of the screen and ghosting of the upper screen image on the lower screen. I'm in contact with service and so far they have been very responsive (Tess) and I will update this review depending on how they help me. Likely a defective unit that I bought in March, 4 months ago - will see if they replace it and update you on progress. 07/23/2024 Update - The company rep couldn't have been nicer and they are shipping my Monster TV back for servicing or replacement. They paid the shipping cost too. This company really stands behind this product - which is a great product in my opinion - and I will post a further update when my issue is settled. 08/15/2024 Update - The Monster company shipped me a new replacement unit. It works just as it should. What a great company that really stands behind their products. And it's really a great product. Mated to a fire stick this gives a great picture and I can watch TV including live TV outside on the terrace. The battery lasts 8-12 hours of normal use. I love it and have recommended it to several friends who have all ordered one. Buy one and you won't regret it. My highest recommendation and thank you to a great customer oriented company.

I bought this for my husband for fishing! Ended up keeping it for myself! Light weight despite the size! Stays charged for a good while ! Sounds is great! Clear and loud!! Easy to use my kids 2 and 4 can operate it! Great for the amount I paid ! I personally don’t use the remote but it’s great to know I have one if u wanted to use it ! Has a bag that attaches to the back to hold everything in it!

This thing is awesome, its size is perfect I do wish it was maybe a 17 inch instead of 15 inch screen but it looks great. It does not include any streaming service but I have an Amazon stick hooked up in back that I use with the hotspot on my phone and it works great. The volume could be louder. It’s a little disappointing but we have a Bluetooth speaker we can run the Aux cable to for better sound so that’s not a big deal. I do wish you could use a USB stick to play movies off of but that’s not a huge issue. Can always buy streaming android box and load the USB through that. Or a HDMI to USB connection. Setup is super easy and it works great. I just got it so we will see how it does over the next year because I enjoy going somewhere away from everyone and just relaxing and watching tv outside.

I love the TV because its versatile and i can hook my phone up to it with the included USB to HDMI cable.. But I do have an issue with the fact that it wont allow me to select digital media that is stored on my hard drive. I have tons of pictures and movies saved on an external hard drive.. I can hear it spin up as if its ready to play, but it seems like the firmware on the TV isnt set up to play it when I try to select it.. This is kind of dissapointing.. as I will now likely have to take a laptop outside to play the hard drive with me and hook that up via HDMI cable.. just an added step and extra equipment that I shouldnt need with a system like this. So that kind of defeats the purpose.. Hopefully there are some updates that I can download somehow.. anyone with answers or a fix please respond to this.. so that I can update to 5 stars.. i really want to love this set.. but this lack of functionality is holding it back for me. Works great with a chrome cast or firestick and the included digital antenna.. good sound too..

Monster Vision 2 has been a great purchase. When using a ROKU screen is extremely clear and sharp. I mostly use the tv on my outside back porch where I sit and watch baseball games in the evenings, relaxing with a favorite beverage. I liked the product so much I purchased a second one to use when traveling. Highly recommend.

This thing is awesome. The battery last a whole weekend tournament even while charging my other devices. The picture quality is amazing. Definitely turns heads while i was watching the World Cup games from my fire stick. It did over heat once but that’s just because it was Vegas and 112 with direct sun but cooled off quick in the shade

Picture was good as was the FM sound and volume. Unfortunately it would only work when plugged in. I thought all was good until I took it outside and realized I had tried it while plugged n. Unplugged I realized the battery was not taking any charge so nothing worked. I left it plugged in several hours and the flashing charging indicator kept giving three flashes out never stopped flashing like it should when fully charged. I plugged it back in and left it all night and no change. Batteries never even took a partial charge so nothing worked. Sent back to Amazon for a refund because I didn't trust the next one would be any different.

Battery is great! Nice and loud if needed! Being weather resistant is a huge bonus! Picture quality is decent. Remote has everything needed. Lots of hookup options, including being able to hook up a 4k max firestick directly to the USB power port and be truly wireless is incredible! Great item that turns heads everywhere I go with it. Definitely recommend this portable entertainment system!

Totally old-fashioned equipment, without any operating system. If Android was installed it would be 5 stars

I use this all the time, I take it out in my deck in the evenings, I take it camping, the sound system in it is amazing. Even had it with me for a trip and the airbnb we stayed in had no tv.. another air BNB had a tv but no cable or anything.. this had an antenna and we got free t.v. I have my fire stick plugged in the back and watch Netflix, sports, YouTube. Etc.. if I was rich I'd get a second!!
