Best sleep ever!
I have tried so many sleeping pills, from prescription to OTC. Many had no effect on me. Some made me groggy or dizzy the next day. Others gave me horrible dreams. These by far are my favorite. No side effect…just restful sleep. I wake up ready to go the next morning. I will always keep these on hand.

Possible insomnia "cure"?
I've been looking for organic, herbal sleep help for years for my chronic insomnia of waking during the night and not being able to return to sleep for 2-3 sometimes 4 hours. With Organic India even if I wake I am able to return to sleep in a matter of minutes. It has been more effective when I am relaxed. Wish I know how to relax all the time LOL.

It's very gentle
I love this product. It enabled me to gently get off sleep meds for the first time in at least a decade. This plus magnesium glycinate is the winner by far.So far I've purchased it 3 times and plan to stay with it.

Maybe for you
If you have a real insomnia, this won’t work please. Maybe it’s one of the pills you’re taking a med that’s keeping you awake. But I usually go to sleep with one melatonin and when my brain is active, I take these one pill usually does it I’d say 70% of the time. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I can’t get back to sleep and one more pill does the job every time.If you’re insomnia isn’t chronic and you think too much before going to sleep this may be the ticket for you.
