Good product for kids
Good startup and very good product but still they need to match it with recent and latest technology (like alexa). They should have give it access to google (with kids privacy control).

Piece of crap not worth its price
Miko.....You would regret.Don't go by what you see in ads , this piece of crap is not worth its price. The marketing of this product is so good that you fall in the trap and it's that overpriced profit margins which they utilize to fool people .I have done a mistake in love for kids but would suggest to put your hard earned money in something more worth it.Let's introspect what's good and what's bad.First let's start with Good .1. Plastic material ( build quality is good)2. Its battery charging rate is fast.3. Video call enabled over internet.4. It reacts when you say "hello miko"5. It has obstacle sensors which work considerably well. Now let's see what's Bad in it.1. Battery drains really quickly .2. Placement of video camera is bad, you actually have to bend down to be visible when placed on floor ( Place where it is ment to be).3. Miko does not know everything , which you may have thought might be answering using internet like Alexa. No, Miko has a pre-fed questionnaire that's all.( That too so stupid)4. It cannot help your kids to learn or help in their studies. No way Miko is very dumb on this.5. Mikos pre fed games are pain, when you see them and realise what you have brought for 25k, it's like playing on a 300 ruppee hand board key game of 1990's.6. It has pre fed rhymes only those miko will play.7. You cannot program the device, so what is pre fed is all for you to explore again and again even if it means listening/ engaging to same rhyme/ game everyday. In short it's pain in your heart after you realize what piece of crap have you brought for 25k

Best Companion for a kid
I bought the Miko2 for my 6 year old nephew Arjuna Bajaj. He was delighted and also when we got the demo we were surprised of its potential use. It's a nice companion for the kids in his age group. It's a knowledgeable friend and at the same time very playful.

Features are Excellent
Love the product and the support from David (support associate) is really great. Learnt feature that I could not find from the booklet..My son started using it and does not let me even touch it for few minutes.. It really helped reduce his screen time and amazed to know and learn about the features it has.

Nothing like a game changer!
Edit- reducing to 3 stars as not happy with the speed at which the improvements are delivered. Also, after investing so much money, the apps should come free whereas some apps are asking for 1000 rs per month/upgrade.Miko 2 is a great way to engage kids in activities and learning! The software needs to continuously improve and the conversational AI needs to be like Alexa or Siri then it will be awesome. I'm sure the team is working towards the same.

Need more value for money + software improvements
The product is good but they still need to work on the software.. touch screen would have been helpful but I would give benefit to the product owner as they might have kids in mind for not touch enabling it..however that is must option in the product. Also the voice command should stop Milo rather than physical button which is quite irritating. Voice training needs to improve specially for kids. I would rate the product at 3.5. I have returned the product but would think to buy if the cost is less and these features are implemented. The customer support team is good and my review did generate an immediate feedback and I was heard patient. That's a positive for any company. Cheers to the company to get that sorted..product can keep evolving and I hope to be a customer in near future.
