Absolutely spectacular taste and smooth texture.
This is the absolute best cheddar cheese I have ever had! It is very smooth with wonderful flavor, and melts perfectly. Has just the right amount of sharpness to make it taste spectacular. Absolutely worth every penny I paid for it.

The real deal
This aged cheddar is quite good (first time I've tried it). I usually get Tillamook brand, but wanted to try something different--saw good reviews and went for it. No complaints. Great with smoked oysters and great on a burger. Added a lot to a salami sandwich too. Comes in a wax coating and shipped with a cold-pack, so there was no concern for spoilage.

Meh. Disappointing. Nothing wrong but nothing great either. No better than grocery store sharp cheddar. It didn't taste or looked aged. No crystallization like the primo aged Wisconsin cheese I've bought in the past. Will not purchase again.
