Love this!
Love this!. I initially had a "Wrap" which love, but trying to tie the wrap in public was always a disaster for me. It always turned out to be a raining day or just trying to keep the wrap from touching the ground added to the stress. Most other carriers require a newborn insert or are meant for babies starting at about 4 months. I needed something in the meantime for quick trips/errands around the house. The great thing about this is that its relatively easy to get on. Not so with wraps and mei-tais. With a crying baby or a trying do something quickly this was great. It takes about a minute ( or less) to get the baby securely inside. I began using this as soon my LO hit 8 pounds and had pretty good head control and he loves it. Not at about 15 pounds, I find that I could use some more support which is about the time I could move to one of those other carries. For the price, this carrier cannot be beat. It was a lifesaver for me on many occasions. I even used it while waiting in small lines at Disney. The only thing that could make this better is a lumbar support belt.

What a bargain!
I love this carrier. I tried a sling but it tweaked my baby's head and looked uncomfy, not to mention it was hard to get her in. I also have the ergo carrier but she is too little to straddle my body and the infant carry position is awkward for it, it will be great when she gets a little older. For the meantime this is the carrier to get when they are tiny!! Wish I would have gotten it sooner so I could have been more productive around the house earlier on! The black version is cheaper but I went with this one because its supposed to "breathe" better, I think you could go either way and save 5 bucks if you need to or if you like black better, this is actually more of a charcoal than light grey, very nice. I can see how it could hurt your back after a while but I just use it around the house and shes only 12lbs right now. Its not exactly a breeze to get on but its not bad and if your baby is not screaming, you can unclip it in many places to slip it on otherwise you've got to kinda wiggle this over your head

Great for large people
I tried on numerous carriers at a local store and all were uncomfortably snug for me and had to be worn at the very end of the strap (I'm 5'11" and 250lbs). I read a review for this one on amazon from another plus size person, so I ordered it and was very happily surprised to see just how roomy this one is. When on, I have at least 6" of extra strap on each side! It is also fairly comfortable. I have never worn a carrier before, so I can't say whether it is more or less comfortable than others, but I have worn my newborn for two hours straight with no problem. When he gets bigger, I'm sure it won't be so easy, but for now, it is exactly what I need. I also want to point out just how easy it is to get on. Once adjusted for the first wear, you can just unsnap one side of the carrier and slide the other side off your arm making it super easy to get on next time. No future adjustments necessary. It takes me only a few seconds to get the carrier on and my son into the carrier.

quicker and easier than my wrap
We got the Infantino Breathe Vented Carrier to take with us on vacation with our 7 month old (15 pounds). When it first got here I immediately tried it out to make sure it was secure and comfortable, it was both and more! I loved how easy it was to put on, adjust, and get baby into. I really like my Moby Wrap as well, but the Infantino Breathe was a lot simpler to use on the go. The detachable bib was a good idea, but if your baby spits up like mine, then you may want a little more protection. I just tucked a burp cloth in and let it hang in front, it worked great. Even if spit up gets on the carrier it is easy to wipe clean. I would highly recommend this carrier to anyone before any of the higher priced carriers, the design is almost identical to the $150.00 ones. The price was right and the quality far exceeded my expectations.

It's easy to use and put together
It's easy to use and put together. I watched a YouTube video, but it's probably not super difficult to figure out otherwise. The reason for 3 stars is because my baby absolutely hates it. He looks quite uncomfortable every time I put him in it. I thought I could get away with a cheap carrier, but now I wonder if the reason he hates it is because it's a cheap crotch dangler unlike the more expensive brands that have an actual built in seat that allows the baby's legs to bend at the knee while seated. Also, I tried using this when my son was first born (and he was fairly large at 9-1/2 lbs) and it did not provide enough head support. His neck was completely bent backwards when the head adjustment strap was pulled as tight as it would go. I put it away and tried to use it again around a month and again at two months old when he had a little more head control, and while the head support worked a little better, my son will not sit in it without fussing. Please let me know if you found this review helpful and feel free to comment if you have any questions!

I received this carrier as a gift. And I loved it! I was using the Moby wrap(long piece of fabric that you tie and wrap around you). I liked that one for around the house, but once we started to venture out of the house more, that one became difficult. So that is when I broke out this one. It was so easy to get my baby in and out. And adjusting it was an ease. I am a plus sized woman so I was nervous about it fitting and being comfortable. And it totally was!! I was able to use it through the airport and on our trip to Florida. My son loved being in it and I loved being able to wear him walking through the sand, rather than carrying him.The only down fall to this carrier, it doesn't go on your back. So I just recently purchased a new Infantino carrier. But for baby no. 2 I still plan on using this on in the beginning, just because how easy it is to put on and get baby in there.
