Fisher-PriceLaugh & Learn Storybook Rhymes

This is a cool and fun interactive book toy. I have to say that I wouldn't spend $20 for it though. I got it in a quick deal on Amazon for $6 and it is very much worth that price. I wouldn't pay too much over $10 for it because the stickers for the pages are very cheap looking and some of mine were wrinkled. My daughter (almost a year) loves the book!As you turn the pages, it has a slight pause, then switches to sing the rhyme on the page it was turned to (a good transition). There are 6 pages with rhymes on them - (1) I went to the animal fair, (2) The ants go marching (3) Row, Row, Row Your Boat, (4) One, Two, Buckle Your Shoe, (5) Hickory Dickory Dock, and (6) Pat-a-Cake. The singing is pleasant and not annoying and you can adjust the volume to a lower setting.A few other nice features of this book is that it can stand in front of the child for easy page turning but my daughter likes knocking it down when it is standing and prefers to turn the pages like a regular book laying on the floor. The book has to be open for it to stand, it was designed to be balanced that way, and will topple if closed. That isn't an issue for us but something to be aware of. There are also three interactive buttons on the "binding" middle piece of the book. One button is for A, B, C's and one is for 1, 2, 3's and one is for colors. My daughter really enjoys pushing those. It will interrupt the song and talk about A for animal, A for ant, B for boat, B for buckle and so on. Then 1 for 1 lion, 2 for 2 ants, and yellow lion, green ants for the numbers and colors. It also has some fun sound effects after it says the animal or thing. Also, if the book is closed and the child hits the nose on the face, it will say "hello!" which is fun. Good buy for what I paid, happy with the product.

My son was 3 months old when I got this for him. He loves this toy! It's fun and educational! He loves the music and the lights keeps him busy! I love the fact that it plays the entire music coz the new version don't! He also gets a little fussy when he's in the car especially at night! Good thing is that it lights up! Keeps him entertained! He is now 5 months and this is still one of his favorite toys :)

The price for this toy was great, so I got this for my 11 month old nephew for christmas and he loves it! Although it's true the volume is low when sat flat on the floor. It doesn't seem to bother him as he is good at holding it up himself and when he doesn't it's no big deal because my sister keeps her house pretty quiet anyways. Also children generally like for you to join in on the fun with them. I think this is a great educational toy!

It looks nice and would be a great toy for children if the sounds worked. At the beginning I thought it was the battery so I replaced it and the sounds still is very low and with some interference. Definitely Not value for money.

Our granddaughter takes this toy to bed with her. The pages are easy to move and the nursery rhymes are familiar to her.My only problem with this toy is the volumn, it was hard to hear. However, it may have been the batteries. We used the ones that came with the toy. We are replacing them to see if the volumn is any better.Nice toy for toddlers!!

My grand-daughter loved this toy. It has the stories, the bright colors, the cute songs. Very entertaining and educational -- which is something I always look for, along with the "fun" vaue. It has held up well despite being dropped on the floor alot.

I bought this product due to positive reviews on it on Amazon for my year-old daughter.Unfortunately, the product didn't live up to its promise. It can't hold herattention for even two minutes.Firstly, the songs are way too soft, even on full volume.And the singing enunciation is warbled. There are buttons I believeare for the baby to press to help her count and identify colors, but they're poorlysituated and not well-related to the pictures.Very disappointed with this Fisher price product.

The only thing I don't love about this toy is it is top heavy.It is a cool toy.It took 21 more days than it should have to get to the house. It was purchased in november and the estimate for shipping was Dec 1st. it came on the 22nd.Not sure why but it still got to us in time for chritmas. I guess that is the up side.

The toy is good, but it is unable to be handled on the own by toddlers.Too heavy.The contents are good and the red glowing light is the one that impress the toddlers more..Good and fast delivery.Satisfied

This is an excellent product. I bought it wwon my kids were 4 months old n they are enjoying it and love seeing it play again and again.

My daughter dropped it on the carpet. It broke, not very good.
