Do you apply moisturizer before or after the primer?

I apply moisturizer before the primer. Thank you

The radiant serum I received did not have any packaging or tamper-proof seal. Is that normal?

I buy this product, and it's never been wrapped or sealed . Does not come in a box. I have never had a problem occur.

Why is the description about table and chairs?

lol, i have NO IDEA! when i ordered, the description was for the product and it works wonderfully! definitely my favorite summer primer

No it does not. You will need to add sun screen in either your moisturizer or foundation when you use this. Hope this helps.
