Unpleasently surprised.
I did not notice when I ordered this latte product that is has sucrolose in the indredients. Sucrolose is an artificial sweetner that I am allergic to, that if I drank it I would be in the hospital. Anyway because it also lists regular sugar for some odd reason, the box does not describe itself as having an artificial sweetner. I noticed the artificial sweetner on the box panel when I received it. I never opened either box, just the package it came in. The seller refused to refund me because it is a " food" item. The seller then offered me coupons to buy more of this product I am allergic to which made no sense. Amazon refunded me for it thank Goodness, and I will try to find someone who can drink it who is not allergic to artificial sweetners. They really need to Alert Customers when a product has a artificial sweetner in it. I am not the only person allergic to sucrolose out there.

Infested with sucraolose
Just bought a single cup coffeemaker and half the beverages I bought for it have fricking sucralose in them. That crap is worse for a body than pure sugar, even for a diabetic. Some people don't like the flavor, some people don't like the other effects on the body and some, like me, are allergic. We don't think artificial sweeteners are the greatest thing since sliced bread and have a right to know what is in the food we eat.The description did not make it clear that chemical sweetners were being used. There was no "diet", "sugar free", "low sugar" or even "splenda" visible in the online ad (just try blowing up the product photo enough to read the teeny tiny ingredient list). I would return, but why bother? I either pay return shipping or pay for a product with the potential to make me stop breathing. Why Avoid Sucralose? While toted as a ‘natural’ sweetener, there is nothing natural about sucralose (Splenda). Cane sugar is used in the initial manufacturing process, but it’s long gone by the time sucralose is finished. Instead, you’re left with chlorine atoms bound together with dextrose and maltodextrin. Our bodies don’t know what to do with this chemical, and while some of it is excreted, the rest (40%, according to the Japanese Food Sanitation Council) accumulates in our kidneys, liver, and intestines. Researchers at Duke University studying rats determined that Splenda actually contributes to obesity, destroys “good” intestinal bacteria, and can prevent prescription drugs from being absorbed.

Unhealthy added sugars, and no returns allowed. :(
I naively thought I was buying a product without added sugars. I studied the ingredient list after I figured out I was getting stomach aches from it. Among the ingredients are glucose syrup and sucralose. I never would have purchased if I had know that. I've been eating healthier lately and I've need to avoid added sugars and artificial sweeteners. Also, beware there is not option to return! I foolishly bought a bunch of these, trusting they wouldn't be nutritionally harmful. I'm so upset!!

Great taste, but you don't need a machine to make it
Great taste, but you do not need a machine to make it. It is simply instant tea. I just tear off the top and pour it in a cup of hot water. I drink one most mornings since I don't care for coffee.

This is just sugar and fat, not tea
BEWARE: Sugar is the very first ingredient, followed by Hydrogenated Coconut oil, which is a great way to pack your body with saturated fat. And then those to ingredients are followed by even more sugar via Glucose Syrup. You have to follow the ingredient list (they always start with the highest level of ingredients in a product and go to the lowest) down to number 5 on the list before you find tea, and even then it's not tea. It's Instant Tea, and they don't tell you the ingredients for what's in the instant tea powder. Here's one more fun fact about this totally misleading product. Despite showing fresh cinnamon on the cover... you won't find cinnamon in the ingredient list for this Chai Tea. In fact, do you know what else is NOT in this Chai Tea? It does not contain black tea and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and black peppercorns. It doesn't contain anything that makes it a Chai Tea!If you aren't looking for a healthy drink, and don't care that this isn't Chai or even real tea, and what you really want is yummy tasting sugar water with saturated fat, then this garbage is exactly what you're seeking. We will NOT order this product again.

60 Calories for 8 oz
Delicious, flavorful sweet tea. It tastes watery if I use more than 8 oz of water, though. 7 oz would be even better. It's a new favorite and will be reordered.

Disappointed
I ordered this product after trying one at a friend's house. It tasted very good so I thought I would order some. I made the first cup and is was very good. I made a second one for a friend and it exploded in the coffee maker and I thought that is very strange I never had any pod explode before. The next day I made one for my husband to try and it came out watery (like there wasn't anything in the pod). I am so disappointed that out of the 4 pods I try to make only 2 worked. I don't know if I got a defective batch or what happened. When I clicked on the product to try to return it - it came up as cannot return! Not happy!!!
