I'm going to give this 5 stars because i think its a great foundation. I don't like to put too much makeup on my face and this foundation isn't so heavy that I feel like i'm wearing a mask. Its light enough to let your skin show through but heavy enough to cover the imperfections though not completely. Coverage wise i would say this is light to medium coverage. My only regret is that they don't have a wider variety of shades in the Lumi foundation as opposed to the original. I had to get a foundation that i later noticed was too light. i can use it if i put a really thin coat on my face otherwise it just looks wrong to me. I recently invested in some mineral makeup however that matches my face perfectly so there is a lower likelihood of me wearing this foundation again. I do recommend it though, for those who like liquid foundation.

So far this is my favorite foundation. I have very dry skin, so this foundating applies easily without clinging on the dry patches. Coverage is not great, I would say sheer/medium. A concealer underneath on problem areas will solve that issue. If I try to add layers, it can get cakey. I don't like the fact that it contains SPF, so its not ideal for flash photography. I feel like there is a white cast in fluorescent light, like in my office. It can look like you have makeup on which is not what I prefer. But it looks very natural outside in the sun, like you are have a good skin day. I like the luminosity, its a gentle dewy shine, doesn't look greasy or shimmery on me. I am yet to find a good drugstore foundation for dry skin that has no SPF in it.

Total coverage ! Any types of freckles you have or blemishes you might have ! Even redness. Don't worry if you have dry skin it does wonders. If you have oily skin it helps reduce it. Recommend super blender concealer for after this is applied. Make sure you try and find your true match. Lol.... Their is warm, neutral and cool. Theirs so many types of skin and that will help anyone with this product. It all depends on your under tones. Yellow green or blue. Check it out.

I just want to caution anyone ordering this product along with heavier items. I ordered several other items besides this one and even though my order was divided into three separate boxes, the packer decided to pack an unwrapped/unprotected glass bottle of makeup in the same box containing a 24 pack of canned kitten food. The bottom of the bottle broke off at some point during transit and even though the makeup was intact, there were shards of glass inside the box. My kitten was all over this box as I was opening it, luckily, he wasn't cut by any of the glass even though some of the shards made it onto my rug through a small hole in the bottom of the box and as I was removing the items from it. The attached pics show how it looked when I opened the box and some of the shards of glass that I was able to recover.

I used to use Physician's Formula Sun Shield. You couldn't see it on my skin, even in the sun. It was perfect. And cheap. Of course they quit making it. I tried a whole bunch of other foundations, which made me look like a corpse. Not the look I was going for. This one is sensational! Without make up my skin looks like it caught on fire and someone put it out with an ice pick, with dry patches. Ageing is hell. Yet I look great in this (ahem) and it feels weightless. It may even be better than Sun Shield.

This is my favorite color. It covers well I love L’Oreal everything that they make.

It’s a little cakey, it kind of feels like it sits on your skin. But personally it’s better than my urban decay naked foundation. I have dry skin I’d recommend someone with neither dry nor oily skin, someone in between.

I’ve been wearing this for years, I buy W5 and W6 and blend them depending on my tan. If you’re oily and sweat like I do, it rubs off on clothing, tissues etc, but not completely. I use a setting powder and spray and that helps. I also have sensitive skin that breaks out easily, and have never had any issues with this.

Love it! On my face is not like mask! It's like my own skin!
