Effective adjunct to relieving muscles soreness
Used this cream with a muscle scraper tool for my plantar fasciitis. It worked beautifully.

Lubricant is great, but check the container for cracks before use
After my OT was over for carpal tunnel syndrome, I bought a blade and this lubricant for home use. It has a very small neutral smell, only requires a small amount to spread on the skin for the area to be treated and cleans off easily from the blade and applicator. The only thing I don't like about the container I received was that it seemed to be cracked under the plastic jar's label. At some point, I believe the label will break and the plastic jar will leak. I didn't find the crack until I'd been using it for a month (I never dropped the container either).

Bought this from an Amazon recommendation when I bought a gua sha type tool. I wanted a massage medium to use on my paralyzed left arm & leg during stroke recovery as they cramp up and get quite sore despite being otherwise non-mobile. It goes on smoothly and does not absorb into skin like regular lotions so a small amount works very well. I am able to massage my own arm and leg to soothe the sore muscles without having to constantly re-apply. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to do their own self-care massage or to help others in a similar way.

Soy fisio y la utilizo para movilizacion de tejidos blandos IASTM la calidad de este producto es muy alta, necesitas muy poquita cantidad para trabajar una zona compre la version que viene con vitamina E y ahora probare la version que continene arnica la recomiendo ampliamente.
