What size hoop skirt would fit under this?

Hi there -- Our hoop skirt is one size, which fits sizes 2-14.

I see in the size chart size s, m, l but which size is 1x 2x and 3x?? i don't understand

There is also a women's plus chart, with sizes 1x-4x

I am a guy looking to get this for myself what size should I get I am 5 '11 around 260lbs? I am looking to wear this out and about.

It actually fits to normal size you wear! Mine although was a little long so I had to cut the bottom so I didn’t trip! But otherwise it was truly an awesome costume!
