Soha has also essayed the character very realistically, proving that she has inherited the acting skills and potential from her mother, Sharmila. The chemistry between Soha and Emraan is also lovely.Also, the sequences of the downpour seem to add to the whole effect. Pritam has done a good job with the music, with all the songs being very nice and emotional. The dialogues are very real and succinct, yet very little. The entire movie has been expressed by means on non-verbal communications, especially facial expressions. --platform47.comKunal Deshmukh has handled the love story very well. The tiffs between Emraan and Soha are so identifiable. The 'Dil Ibaadat' song in particular completely moves you. Pritam's music is melodious to the core. Intriguing movie!
You know that friend who borrows your DVDs and doesn't return them? Well that person has yet to return it to me. It's about time I got it back! He did enjoy the film however.I saw this film on a plane in 2010. I was going through some items from that trip and found the name of this movie in a notebook! I remember enjoying it at the time and being on the edge of my seat! I cannot remember details other than it was a very different and creative film. Can't wait to watch it again!

If you're looking for a disaster film, no seriously, look elsewhere.
I loved this movie, but it wasn't as advertised on the cover. It was a wonderful love story and the acting was really great. It was a little unbalanced though, as the love story was slow moving for the majority of the film, then the action was packed in at the end like it was necessary drama that the producers had to sqeeze in at the end. And the action was not that great other than it was all real shots, no CG, which I really like, but they had like five back to back action sequences that were highly dramatized and unlikely to occur in real life with many "Right in the nick of time," or "Just a little too late" cheap scenes which I hate. But overall, I really enjoyed the story and the amazing music!

The slowest love story ever, even by "Chick Flick" standards
Although the acting was good, this was probably the slowest love story ever, even by "Chick Flick" standards. I recommend using closed caption because they jump back and forth from English to Hindi. That was a little confusing to me. Why couldn't they just do one language or the other? It took one hour for them to get to any kind of bad weather. And let's face it, that's supposed to be the main reason for watching it at all. It's advertised as a Indian Hindi disaster drama film. I would only recommend this movie if you're looking to relax for a couple hours with no real expectations.

Every once in awhile a movie catches my interest with subtitles. The words from the songs where beautiful. I wish some how I could get them in English printed out. I guess I could slowly watch the movie again and write them down. I enjoyed the the movie & love story.

Love it!
I've always loved Bollywood films as a teenager. Now, as I am almost 30, I still adore them and can comprehend a little Hindi. This was one of the first films I had ever seen, and glad I found it on here.It was packaged well, shipped/arrived fast, and still as I remembered it.

Not in English
I enjoyed this movie but it was slow and not really in English although occasionally there were a few English words I could understand so that I had the jist of what was being said. Worth watching but cumbersome and switched back and forth a lot but you could tell by what they were wearing if it was now or earlier in their relationship. . I don't recommend it if you want a movie in English only. If you want something different however and like beautiful main characters then you might want to take a look.
