KitchenAid Gourmet Euro Peeler, 8.7-Inch, Red

The KitchenAid Classic Euro Peeler is a fantastic kitchen gadget. It works wonderfully on potatoes and carrots, peeling quickly and efficiently without wasting produce. The pointed tip is an excellent addition and makes cleaning strawberries incredibly easy. It's sturdy, comfortable to use, and feels like a high-quality tool that will last for years.

Asparagus is difficult for me to peel in spite of the variety of veggie peelers I throw at it. This KitchenAid peeler has made an unpleasant task almost effortless. Even the skinnier asparagus stalks peel easily with this tool. Kudos to KA for the blade guard included with this peeler; the other junk in the utensil drawer can't dull it. This peeler is only used for one thing, so it doesn't get used a lot, but so far it has remained sharp and without rust.

This does what it should and is really comfortable to hold. Goes in dishwasher and no issues with it.

I had high expectations for the KitchenAid Classic Euro Peeler, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to them. Cons: Uncomfortable Grip: The handle, despite its ergonomic design, feels a bit too small and uncomfortable for my hand. After a few minutes of use, I started to feel some discomfort, which made peeling less enjoyable. Too Lightweight: The peeler feels flimsy, and the light weight means you have to apply extra pressure to peel thicker skins, which can be frustrating. Blade Dullness: After a few uses, I noticed the blade started to lose its sharpness, making it less effective. It’s definitely not as durable as I hoped. Conclusion: The KitchenAid Classic Euro Peeler might be fine for basic peeling tasks, but for those who want a more comfortable, durable, and premium tool, this one might fall short. Its uncomfortable grip, lackluster blade durability, and lightweight feel make it less than ideal, especially for regular use.

Best vegetable peeler ever! I usually do not write reviews, but I have to tell you that this gadget is the best I've found. I love celery and always shave the stalks because don't like the strands. I have used other peeler, but the shavings get stuck in the peeler and it's a mess. This one doesn't do that. My favorite new gadget. Blade is sharp and shaves Peelings perfectly. Love it

It took me awhile to get the hang of using this. It is large and I was used to a very old metal one. But it works great and is very sharp now that I know how to hold it.

This potato peeler works really well — it’s sharp, easy to hold, and gets the job done quickly. Just a heads up: the blade is serrated, so if you prefer completely smooth, flat peels, this might not be the right choice for you. For everything else, it’s great and super efficient!

This thing is sharp. It feels great in the hand and the quality feels like a well made product.

Superó mis expectativas, yo lo compré para lo básico, es decir, pelar frutas y verduras pero la navaja es tan buena que puede cortar alimentos suaves como quesos sin crear un desastre. Le doy 100/100. Eso sí, tengan mucho cuidado porque la navaja tiene mucho filo. Se nota cañón la calidad de Kitchen Aid.
