Very effective at reducing skin irritation from CPAP mask
I ordered this for my wife who wears a full face CPAP mask. She had a constant problem with skin irritation on the bridge of her nose that wasn't helped even by a prescription ointment. After using the Boomerang pad it started to improve within days and that area is now clear. Follow the instructions and it works well and easily. She cleans it every morning as instructed and it has retained its adhesiveness for over a week now. Cleaning takes all of 2 minutes.

Does not stay put
So disappointed with this purchase and sad I cannot return it. I was really hopeful but as it turns out the pad does not stay put at all. It causes mask leaks and does not resolve the problem -- instead it causes more. I found the best solution was to use simple medical tape over the bridge of my nose and then put the mask on. It does the job 10 times better than this product. Do not waste your money on this!

A must have!
Before I got this my nose was always raw and blistered from my mask. Now my mask doesn't hurt me as much and the blistering is gone. It takes a little finesse to get it in place just right, and to stay on when you put on your mask, but it is well worth it!

Some Tips for Use
I bought this device after finding my mask was leaving a small abrasion on the bridge of my nose. It does work for this purpose, and it even can help to create a better seal around the top part of your mask as well. But I have found some tips that help to make it work better: 1) Put it on while lying down, immediately followed by your mask. If you attempt to put it into place while sitting up or standing, it is likely to fall out of place before you get your mask on. 2) Wash it every night before using it. When properly cleaned and air dried, the device is just sticky enough to do its job. For me, just one night of use would make it un-sticky enough to not work nearly as well (it picks up oil from your face). If you forget to wash it, you might find out that it can move on your face after installing it (mine would sometimes slide up my face towards my eyes if I had forgotten to wash it to restore stickiness). 3) How long will it last? Iโve seen comments on here from those saying to replace it every month. Honestly I think thatโs a little more often than necessary, really. With my first one, I pushed the envelope and I kept washing and using it for about 6 months. I figured itโs a piece of plasticโwhat could happen to it to make it not work? Frankly, that was probably 3 months too longโeventually I couldnโt revive the stickiness by washing it, and it became very flimsy (but I kept using it anyway). But Iโm pretty sure the thing was perfectly fine after 2 months of use, and even after 3 months if you take care of it. Chucking out cash for a new one every month seems unnecessary to me. One last note: Depending what you wash it with, it may become discolored. I washed mine with yellow Dawn dishwashing liquid and it turned the thing dull yellow, but the discoloration didnโt affect its performance.

Mixed feelings
I have mixed reviews for this gel pad. As a Cpap user, I have to deal with mask leaks like allot of us do. This pad does work, and has given my nose bridge a needed relief! It also seals the mask very well from annoying air leaks allowing me to loosen the straps a bit. The problems I have with it however, is the price for one! It is overpriced as you only get one pad for over $8.00. The first time I used it, it tore slightly at the bridge. It is a product with very limited multi use. It won't last at all. I feel that you should get at least 4 pads for that price. It is a sticky wet gelatin like pad. It is fragile. I reached out to my supply service and opted for a different style of mask with memory foam, and I hope it works well, so that I don't have to invest in another pricey fragile gel pad. It is a product that does work, but WAY over priced.

Life Saver
I had severe blisters due to the face mask i was using-i tried using these mask liners https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AC4GDH8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and they worked well, but only for a few weeks. The blisters returned and it was extremely painful. I finally ordered the RESPURA AGGELPAD-ML Boomerang Gel Pad and it was a life saver. So much more comfortable. Not hard to use. My suggestion would be to press down on the bridge of your nose and let the material get warm. It starts to settle and form to shape. Then just pop on the mask and your done. You may have to shift it around a bit, but you get it down after a few tries. Make sure to wash it occasionally and store in the same box in between the two clear plastic sheets it came with in the box. This keeps it clean. You can reuse this many times before getting a replacement

Not working well...........
I needed something to stop my mask from hurting the bridge of my nose, so I ordered this. It gives good padding. However, it will not stay in place for me while I put my mask on. I have to hold it in place with one hand while I position my mask with the other hand. This places my hand completely in the way of where my mask needs to go. Makes it very hard to get my mask on. This has nothing to do with the Seller, it is a flaw in how the pad is made. I would not recommend this item. You may have better luck with it though.

Works Better Than Expected
Being a CPAP user, I was getting a sore nose from my full face mask. I was hesitant to try this as I had previously tried the Gecko nasal pad which was a complete failure for me. The Boomerang is everything the Gecko wasn't. First, it is a little thinner and more flexible than the Gecko so it stays on my nose and I can more easily position my mask. It just fits better. Also, I don't get leaks like I did with the Gecko. And it's less expensive. No more sore nose and I'm sleeping much better. As for how long it will last, it's only been a couple of weeks but it seems to be holding up pretty well. I would hope I could get one to two months use out of it. I wash it with mild soap and water and let it dry well before each use.

Works for me!
Helped reduce leaks around the bridge of my nose with Fisher & Paykel Simplus and Vitera full face masks, Medium + Large sizes. A bit expensive but being it helps with sleep, it was worth it.

Seems promising in description but not great quality
I thought this thing would come with adhesive strips to help them stick to the bridge of your nose and fit under Cpap mask, but it is very, very tricky to get it to fit and stay in place without adhesion. It provides only minimal relief from the extreme discomfort of the mask I have. As well I was disappointed by the price point and the listing seemed to suggest there would be at least 2 of these strips in the box but there is only one. It seems like a great idea, but unfortunately, it did not work for me.

Since Philips stopped making the LiquiCell CPAP cushions, this appears to be a good alternative.
I was leery about purchasing this item because of some negative reviews but it is working very well for me so far (about 2 weeks now). However, I don't see why it's so expensive - unless the material it's made of is difficult to produce.
