Works great for my naughty kitty
I know this doesn't work for everybody but it works for my cat so it's 5 stars in my book! I have a very naughty cat that loves to chew wires and anything plastic. He even chewed all the suction cups on the cat window perches so they all fell down. He doesn't eat the stuff, just likes to chew it. We play with him and did all the cat behavior stuff but he won't stop. I didn't have high hopes but I sprayed it on the suction cups and he went to bite when it was wet and immediately he backed off. His face was hilarious. It's been months and no biting of them. The cables do need to be re-sprayed every couple days to deter him, but this has been a life saver. No more replacing 80 dollar chargers or expensive computer cables.

Awesome spray
I should of brought this at first but I went with something else that was more natural. But it did nothing for my puppy, it was like I was spraying water, so I had to return it. I went with this Bitter Apple which I had used many years ago and it never let me down. I’m glad it’s still around. Now this works perfect for my puppy. I should of not second guess myself. Definitely worth it, and worth the purchase.

Good Until Puppy Stubbornness Went Past Flavor
Worked for the first couple of days, but my puppy is stubborn and chomps through the bitter taste now. Not the product’s fault though. Not that I’m aware of anyway. Ha ha. Was glad that the spray didn’t feel too weird to the touch and didn’t have a bad odor.

Didn't work for my kitties
Cats may have chewed the area even more immediately after application lol

Worked wonders for my dogs.
Two of my rescue dogs were chewing my furniture like crazy, so I did some research and this product kept coming up. My vet said it was safe so I gave it a shot and it worked wonders. I have a total of five dogs the two younger ones will chew anything in sight; mainly pillows and baseboards. I sprayed this on what they normally chew, and they didn’t chew it. However, if your dogs are anything like mine, they just switched their attention to different things. I recommend spraying everything that you think your dogs might chew. It totally works. Whenever my dog was wanted to chew it, they would taste this and walk away and the one time that they started to chew it I just went over with the spray, sprayed it directly into their mouth (my vet said I could do that) and they never chewed after that so far. I spray it once a week on everything and it seems to last.

Save Your Money — Mine Was Basically Water
I’m honestly wondering if I received a bottle of water. There is absolutely nothing “bitter” about this spray. I purchased it specifically as a taste deterrent for my puppy, but it doesn’t deter him whatsoever. I even tested a tiny amount myself because I thought maybe I was missing something — no bitter taste at all. I’ve used bitter apple sprays before, so I know what they’re supposed to be like. This bottle seems either defective, watered down, or improperly filled. Unfortunately, this item also isn’t eligible for return, so I’m stuck with an $11 bottle of what seems to be flavored (or possibly plain) water. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Management Took Action!
I thought my cat would outgrow this incessant need to chew on shtuff. Nope...3yrs old going on 9 months. Maisie (aka Karen), incessantly complains about her dissatisfaction with almost everything. Many attempts to rectify her complaints result in continued dissatisfaction and a constant demand to speak with management (me - not the other human in the house *sigh*). When she doesn't get her way, she gets angry and starts to chew on many things (such as a brand new daybed I bought, new blankets, etc). "Do a lot other Kare--cats do this?", I've pondered, considering my previous meow did not behave in such a manner. Management has gone above and beyond to try to rectify these "issues" that have been brought forth, but, to not avail. Afterall, the manager can only do and take so much. Upper management had even stated the need to resign to the fact that one can't have nice things and/or accept that anything bought that is nice, will not stay nice for a long time. (A friendly statement- she gets PLENTY of playtime, snuggles and food! She's just a very demanding, needs to be the center of attention devon rex breed kitty). With all that being said, this manager was not willing to resign just yet and knew in past experiences with others, (albeit different circumstances), this did help curb their incessant need to chew! There was hope! So it was decided to give this product, yet, another shot. And low and behold, this became gold to management. There is no longer any chewing on the velvety daybed nor any other nice things! And although the incessant complaints from Kar--Maisie haven't ceased, the destructive behavior has! Thus, this liquid gold has been a huge success and the managers sanity has been restored...for now! If it wasn't for this gold, who knows what would have happened to management! 100% recommend this product! It saves (human) lives. Just make sure to wash your hands after spraying it or you will also suffer from the bitter taste. It has been weeks since I sprayed it and there has been no damage to anything from the product (or any teeth marks). There is no smell. It works so my beautifully, adorable little monster doesn't continue to eat things that aren't meant to be eaten. A little bitter taste to dissuade eating non-edible things is better than something bad happening to my precious lil monster and having to rush her to the ER for surgery or something even worse! It might work for some pets, it might not. But, its worth a try in my opinion! (Additionally, I've had both cats and dogs - one was a 75lb pitbull and another was a chug and it worked on both of them. Especially when my pitty was a puppy... she no longer chewed up the baseboards, the couch sides, etc). ... Just try it!... Seriously, just try it!

To stock dog licking their skin tender
I used this many years ago for my dog with a tendency to lick himself raw on his back legs. It worked very well. I just found the same product here on Amazon! Score. Still works fantastic on my other 2 dogs that get itchy and lick and chew on their feet. Just a good squirt of the bitter apples and they cannot stand the taste. Problem solved. The shipping was quick and packaging great!
