Love these. The entire stainless steel sleeve or the cap can be removed for filling. Clean classic look.

Attractive and useful. My husband's didn't want electric grinders, so we got these. It makes me happy because I can adjust the shaker holes to use coarse ground pepper.

I really like this product. My first set came with a defective cap (threads were not cut). I happened to have an old shaker cap that fit, but I ordered a replacement set anyway. I love the weight and size of this glass shaker, the dial to pour just the right amount is a very nice attribute. I have had similar shakers in the past but these far exceed in quality. I also ordered a stainless steel set, but I far prefer the plastic ones as I think the stainless caps could hold moisture after cleaning and rust eventually. These shakers come apart for easy cleaning and easy filling. Great for those salts, herbs and spices. I love that you can see what's inside as the bottom glass is exposed under the color sleeve. Definitely a must have in my kitchen.

Nice set but really not what I wanted.

This is the second time I purchased these shakers. They are nice looking and you can choose larger size holes or smaller depending on the size of salt or how much pepper you want. Easy to clean.

Items are very nice looking and seem great at first. But, upon inspection the Stainless appearance is just a flimsy shroud around the glass. It is loose and spins around making it hard to keep a grip. The lid is a silver shrine that is over the top of a plastic lid with holes of various sizes. This is suppose to allow you to turn the lid so that you can choose the appropriate size hole for dispensing. We have to unscrew and take it off each time to twist it . Certainly isn't easy to keep closed and then open so you salt will not get hard with outside moisture.

I had a set of steel salt and pepper shakers. the holes were always getting plugged and it would be hard to get anything out. I also had a hard time telling when they were empty. the lids also tended to get corroded and were difficult to remove at times. The new set has the glass bottom, so i can see how much I have left, there are 3 pour settings on each of them. you can do a fine sprinkle, a heavy sprinkle, or you can do a pour into a measuring cup or spoon. the only thing that took a minute to catch on to was when changing from fine sprinkle, heavy sprinkle, or pouring, you should always rotate the top clockwise. If you rotate counterclockwise, you will sometimes loosen the lid, and possible have the lid come off. If you always turn clockwise, you are constantly turning the lid in a tightening direction. once it gets to the end of the screws, the inner cap will spin from one pour setting to the next without loosening the lid.

No se aprecia en las fotos pero la tapa superior gira para bloquear, como dice la descripción, la salida de sal, el único detalle es que la sal que saldría que atrapada en ocasiones y hay que girar algunas veces dicha tapa para regresar el exceso de sal/pimienta al interior. Fuera de eso, todo excelente.

I like the style and practicality of these shakers. It has a good looking stainless steel finish. The see through bottom makes it easy to tell if the shaker is empty and a novel way to tell which one is salt and pepper. The thing that I couldn't tell from the pictures is how large the shakers actually are. I've included a picture of the shakers next to one of those large sugar containers usually found in restaurants. The only tricky part is with the lid. I like being able to select how big the opening is but selecting the opening may lead to loosening the top so that it may fall off. What I discovered is to turn the top clockwise if I want to select a different opening (which is the direction to tighten the lid) and to take off the lid, turn the top to the widest opening and then jam your finger into the open to get a tight grip to open the lid (turn it counter-clockwise). I'd recommend these shakers.

Se ven de buena calidad, llaman mucho la atencion y se ven muy funcionales, solo que llego uno de ellos con la tapa de aluminio despegada, pero sin problema, la pegue de nuevo y funciona muy bien, los recomiendo ampliamente

De mediana calidad. Estéticamente son lindos. Pero tienes que pegarle la tapa con la contra para que gire a diferentes orificios. Se me hizo caro, aunque el modelo es difícil de encontrar en tiendas, por eso los pedí aquí.
