The media could not be loaded. Started adding this protein to my smoothies and now I feel like I could wrestle a bear—or at least carry all the groceries in one trip. Tastes good, blends smooth, and doesn’t make my stomach stage a protest. Basically, it’s the MVP of my morning routine (sorry, coffee).Value for money, energy level, smell, effectiveness, longevity is great 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sometimes I purchase different protein powder brands and immediately regret my decision. Optimum Nutrition really does make the best protein in terms of consistency, blendability, taste, and drinkability.You often don't know what you have until you experience alternatives. Recently I tried Body Fortress which is a cheaper protein brand on Amazon. The chocolate flavor is less tasty, feels more processed, more upsetting on the stomach, creates more chunks when blending, and is something I don't look forward to consuming. I've also tried Ghost Protein recently. Their oreo flavor and chocolate chip flavor. These are what I consider to be novelty protein powders: they're something you can have once in a while for a nice change of pace, but not something you want to consume on a daily basis. Because a daily basis protein should be easy to drink, tasty but not overpowering, consistent, and easy to blend. With Ghost Protein, the chocolate chips and oreo chunks do not completely blend. So as you're drinking your protein shake, you have to drink down solid chunks of processed candy. I write all this to provide context.I now realize that although Optimum Nutrition costs more money per scoop, it really is the best option out there. It's probably the most densely packed protein per serving size. Though it's similarly processed as its competitors, it tastes healthy when you mix it with water or milk. There's less of an upsetting feeling in your stomach. With a basic flavor like extreme milk chocolate, you can drink it everyday as opposed to other brands that make a similar milk chocolate flavor. There are no chunks if you mix the protein powder well with your protein shaker. Other brands, there are chunks no matter how hard you mix your protein shake.I just feel clean and like I'm putting relative quality into my stomach when I consume Optimum Nutrition. Yes, it is more expensive compared to alternatives. Which is why economical consumers can purchase in bulk or from other discount websites. But for the taste, consistency, blendability, and drinkability, I do think Optimum Nutrition is unmatched. All other brands compete through their marketing.

Extreme milk chocolate tastes just like a Wendy’s chocolate frosty when blended with ice and water - you’re welcome. Great value. Love this pre or post workout. High quality - one of the few proteins third party tested. Smells like chocolate. Seems to be effective for a mid price range protein supplement.

Other protein powders have fillers that attract bugs, but this protein powder is more pure seeming and allows me to consume more protein powder without filling my diet up with carbs. It goes down pretty easy and mixes well enough too. I've been seeing gains while using. I appreciate the certifications of it too

I used this product many years ago. The stuff still tastes great. The price has increased from $50 when I used to buy it often. It mixed well in a shaker. I use milk for a creamier taste and consistency. Also, I frequently add a scoop in the blender with frozen fruit, milk, and maltodextrin (post-workout), and it is super delicious. I will rebuy it. However, I am not a happy camper about the pricing. Bonus: It does come with a scooper, and you still have to stick your hand in there and a fish for it. No one has solved that problem yet? 😆

This was great. I used unflavored almond milk to meet my calorie count for losing weight. Good for protien while dieting. Delicious chocolate flavor. My only gripe is my hand was too small to grip the container while opening. But that was easily overcome. I did set this on a subscription it was so suitable for supplementing a diet. Don't deprive your body.

I have used this product for many years. Keeps the blood sugar in check. Meal replacement or a treat in-between meals.I use the vanilla, plus add what ever fruit I have in a blender. Great all by itself also! With milk or water.
