Not a UK spec keyboard
Finishes off the tablet to a T. I prefer the laptop style layout with the keyboard and tablet together as that is what I am used to. I am not generally a fan of tablets. No Bluetooth activation required, the tablet automatically detects the keyboard without the use of Bluetooth. The keyboard seems to be aimed at the US market, for example the UK 2 button when using shift+2 gives " character, but in this keyboard shift+2 gives the @ character. The pointer is not as precise as a laptop pointer, but it is adequate for the job. Overall this keyboard should give years of service plus overall tablet protection when not in use.

Awful
Poor and inconsistent at best. The tablet this is for didn't help, but the keyboard is poorly designed, particularly the connection between the keyboard and tablet. Keys flake off easily, press back on ok, but come off so often loss is inevitable. Doesn't feel too bad to type on, but lots of lag and missed inputs.

Better than having it without a case, but could do with improvements.
This case feels pretty well built and although the keyboard isn't the UK layout, it is very well spaced and nice to use. I have had to order two of these for reasons I will explain through the review. Within two days, the docking bar of the case literally snapped off the case. It is only held on by the centre pins section and several small and brittle bits of plastic. The tablet weighs nearly a kilogram (1.1kg with the case). It really could do with more strength in the connection to the case than this. The magnets on the bar that attach to the tablet are actually very strong. It is the attachment of the bar to the case that is the weak point. The tablet simply fell backwards as the stand hadn't quite been put into the right position and took the bar with it, but not the case. This was not enough to do the tablet any harm at all as it simply fell from upright to flat onto the back cover of the case. Along with this breaking, the touch pad on the first one i purchased was almost unusable. It required a great deal of pressure to get it to respond and if you didn't continue to put quite some pressure on it while dragging the cursor across selectable items, it would randomly open them unexpectedly. You also couldn't scroll with it. The two finger sliding down in the centre just cause the cursor to be still. After all this as well as the case breaking, I decided to get a replacement. You will have to be incredibly careful with this case. In my opinion, it has not been made quite well enough to cope with the weight of this tablet. If you happen not to get it to stand up perfectly every time (which is often hard to archive), it will likely fall back and break the bar like mine did. I will just put a lot of effort into avoiding this happening. The touch pad this time works pretty well with the replacement. Next to no pressure needs to be put on it for it to work and it doesn't seem to select random things all the time. It also now registered two fingers when you want to scroll. It works like my other touchpad demonstrated in the video, just maybe not as quickly. One issue when using the touchpad is that some things are simply not selectable. You either need to use the arrow keys and enter to select, or touch the screen. Selecting an option in the settings for example when there is a list to scroll down. You scroll down it and click, and it will always select one near the top of the list. It at times does not register where the cursor is. This is not related to the case though. Newer versions of android have this issue with any external mouse being used and it is very annoying. Android 5.1 on my old tablet was flawless here. it is just a shame that this has such nice touch pad that is sometimes impossible to use because of it not being very compatible with many things on android. This is also likely to be related to android rather than the specific tablet, but the cursor usually has to be slightly to the left of buttons to be able to select them. For example, if you press the power off button and it comes up with the option to shut down, if you click in the centre of the "OK" button, it won't register. You have to go slightly left, then the cursor turns into a different icon indicating there is a button there. It seems out of alignment, but my Lenovo tablet is exactly the same with this when using a mouse, so it is certainly an android problem. It is great for browsing in chrome though and most other things. One other concern I have is the keyboard scratching the screen. I haven't yet removed the cover for the pre-applied screen protector, but in just a few days, you can see where almost every key has been against it and it is covered in scuffs and marks. I am hoping the screen protected under the cover will be more scratch resistant than this, but I still don't think I want to remove it until i have found some sheet of materiel to go between the keyboard and screen whenever it is shut. As I can see this resulting in permanent scratches as the keyboard slides against the screen when it is shut. For such a big and well built tablet (as a result, pretty heavy) this case isn't very good protection wise. But the keyboard is really nice and the media keys such as play/pause and skipping tracks work for spotify. As well as volume up and down. If it wasn't for the android issue, I think the touchpad would always be good too now my 2nd purchase seems to have had my initial problem sorted. I just think the price is pretty expensive given the lack of protection the tablet gets and how much weight it can cope with. When used with care and if most will just use the screen to select everything and just the keyboard for typing, it certainly is like a small laptop.

Uses to much power.
Uses A LOT OF BATTERY POWER. If you don't plug the tablet in, you will only get 35 mins of power when this keyboard is plugged in.
